Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Woodbury

I usually Order from This location at least twice a week for lunch and today I placed an order at 1135 and didn’t get my order until almost noon (1157 exact) even after calling twice about my order not only are they not telling customers that it will be a 25-30 minute wait to get ur order but their driver today ( in Jeep Wrangler) was completely disrespectful and beyond unprofessional, I asked why it so long he explained he was only driver okay I can let that go but when I explained too him that I was kinda disappointed in the service today he said whatever and I said excuse me that was rude and be lucky I don’t call and report u for u for unprofessionalism and he said go for it and than he had the nerve to complain that I didn’t tip him ( this store is literally across parking lot from my work which is PARTY CITY) and I replied u got ur delivery charge lucky u even got that and all in all I didn’t get an apology for it being so late not a coupon for next time or money back and too top it off when I called back the store to complain about the driver I asked for manager on duty and was told he was too busy to deal with anything right now but Ryan the guy who took my order was only decent one out whole experience.

Just as I said on phone this location will Not be receiving my nor my coworkers business until this bad customer...

I placed an online order for delivery and I waited an hour before calling, and reached a busy signal the first time. Tried again a few minutes later and the very young lady who answered told me it would be sent out right away. Another half hour went by, so I called again and reached the same young lady who seemed a bit flustered and was somewhat rude. She mistakenly told me that my order was placed an hour later than it was and again that it was on the way. It finally came 10 minutes later... the delivery address is less than 2 minutes away (I was immobile and on a very tight schedule, otherwise wouldn't have had had it delivered). By the time my order came, I was unable to eat it because I had to leave for another job. More like Freaky Slow... Seems like a recurring problem according to other reviews, and it is the third time my order took over an hour to come - I was a somewhat regular if reluctant customer until now. Hopefully others will be spared the disappointment, it can be somewhat frustrating to be left hungry when you have a very busy day and a very limited window to eat. I'd recommend ordering from a more small/local and competent business instead...

This is now the third time this has happened, so I thought I needed to warn others of my experience, and

Order took forever to arrive, and I am only 1.1 miles from the store. I ordered on a Sunday evening, and I guarantee this is not a busy time for them. I also ordered well before they were slated to close. Other times, the order would also be delayed, but I can overlook that because the food is (or used to be) good. (See #2 below...) All of the items were missing their condiments. I didn't make any modifications to any of the items. Everything arrived with no mayo, no oil, nothing. This is the thing that bothers me the most. This is the third time this is happened and now, I really don't want to order anymore from this Jimmy Johns since they can't even get a basic order made correctly. Is this some sort of misunderstanding on the part of the employee who assembled the order? I have been ordering this same set of items for years from several different Jimmy John's in the Twin Cities, and it is only this location that I have had problems...
