Uniform Advantage — Local services in Woodbury

BAD PLACE TO GO. I called in, they said they would get a new order of my uniforms within 3 days. I went back on the second day just to check because I was in the neighborhood- the guy told me they were not getting anything in and that the only way I can get my uniform is by ordering it in. It took them about 6 days to deliver to my home-- even though my shipping was covered, I was willing to expedite and they did not offer that service. They told me that was my only option. I had NO help with determining shirt sizes (adult, youth, etc)-- so I ordered two different sizes. They were priced around $13.26 so it was not terrible, but I had no idea if my company discount had been applied. The guy told me I could check the site for tracking info. I checked it 3 days later and they had NO tracking info yet. I called the store and they had no idea how I was viewing their site- had no knowledge of their customers perspective-- just told me that it would be at my home at a later date. FINALLY when my shirts arrived, there was no ENGRAVING OF MY COMPANY NAME! I remember the guy asking me and I told him I needed it engraved. I called the store- they told me oops-- it was a mistake-- no idea why it happened, but you can bring it in and I can get it done in about a week depending on our sewing lady's schedule......um..................................­.............................OK. Thanks for nothing U.A. You know that you're a uniform store and people rely on you-- for uniforms in a timely manner. Its bad enough that you don't have my stuff in stock- but you can't offer me a dime of customer service and no way to repair the bad service/mistakes and no way to make it easier for me. Thanks for being a pain in the butt U.A.! I hope you go out of business. Now I understand why no one is ever shopping there. :) Stay...

I drove 40 minutes to drive to this scrub uniform store to find a bunch of new scrubs as a dental hygienist. I called ahead and had the girl working put a bunch of their smallest size scrubs in my dressing room before I got there which was really nice that she was able to do that since I was on a time crunch!

I think I tried on 20 pairs of scrubs and they were all too big except for one pair of pants which I couldn't find a matching top for. If you are small and petite I would advise you to buy online from Fab Athletics or figs or scrubs and beyond in Burnsville this store does not carry. XX small. In general, scrubs fit large. All of the scrubs that were extra small fit me like a medium. The store was clean and organized and they do offer embroidery services on the scrubs that you purchase, but unfortunately I could not find any scrubs in my size. I'm 5'4 and about 116 lb if that helps anybody. For anybody who wears a extra small or medium or large or extra large or XX large in scrubs, you will be just fine here.

Yesterday I had gone to this store as you walked in the doors they had this advertising sign saying that if you were there the first time buying their scuba you should gets a 20% discount by giving the store yours email address the store was supposedly send you coupons and also on yours birthday the store was going to send some kind of discount. Anyway to make the story short Ive gotten my stuff and went up to pay for its as I've got closer to the cash register the person who's name was ( Ron 30) had asked if I've been there before or not. I have said no and he just countine asking me if I was going to pay cash or card. I've told him that is card. He looked at me liked I don't know how to insert the card into the machine. He didn't give me the 20% discount or sign me up with my email like the other customers that was in front and behind me. He is super rude and prejudice.
