While I love their food, the experience of being there was not the best.
I had ordered takeout and when I got there to pick it up, nobody acknowledged my existence though I stood by the register for a good 6 mins. The guy that was working the register KNEW I was there as he rung up two customers but even after he finished ringing them up, he didn’t care to ask if I needed help. Mind you, I simply waited for the customers that were already there to finish up ringing up their food so that’s why I didn’t step in to cut them in line. BUT, after the customers all left, and new customers came in, the cashier did not care about me and proceeded to ask the new customers what they needed help with.
I was literally 4 feet away from this cashier. Not only this, but there were 3 other employees (in the kitchen) who saw me but did not care to come ask me what I needed help with.
So, after having to wait and not being acknowledged by any of these teenage employees, I stepped in and sternly asked the cashier for my order since I was picking it up. This dude, didn’t even apologize to me nor did he even try to sound like he wanted to be there. He asked for my name and just gave me my food with the most uninterested expression on his face. Almost like he was annoyed that I was there. Also to note, though I was stern I was still respectful towards this person because I understand that work is hard, but for him and other employees to not give me the same respect and acknowledge back, it was a huge red flag.
I don’t care if you’re having a bad day and you’re tired. You show your customers respect and you put on a smile even if you don’t want to. That’s what customer service is.
This will be my last time here as I’ve never had any good experience here anyways. The employees here need...
Read morei wasn’t even going to make this since it’s been a year or so but here goes nothing. me and my friend came here mid 2023. keep that in mind. we both got orange chicken and sat down to eat, everything was going okay. we were eating and our chicken was REALLY chewy. we investigated further and a lot of the chicken was raw. we were completely grossed out but honestly didn’t wanna say anything because we’re both very passive people. but i thought we should because this is a hazard and could get many people sick. we went up there and politely showed them what happened. they were nice but refused to give us a refund. they just wanted to give us new food and a punch card for 10% off for 5 times we went or something. since we’re passive people we just took it and left. our appetite was completely gone after that first bite of chicken so the food just went to waste since everyone we knew didn’t want it. i never really looked at the punch card at all just kinda threw it in my wallet. i was gonna just give it to my brother a couple days ago since i don’t even eat here anymore. then i noticed there was an expiration date from 2021.. i was kinda mad tbh. i wish they would’ve given us a refund...
Read moreWent here to get dinner for my family. We waited outside for 45 minutes for our food. My husband tried a few times to stop an employee that was bringing out orders to ask about ours. He got blown off on most of his attempts, but finally the guy took our receipt inside without a word. Later, my husband tried to ask a different employee about our order, to which she informed him "Oh yeah, we've been jumping orders," and then took off. After that, I went inside. The lady tried to tell me they were waiting on my spring rolls, to which I retorted "For 45 minutes? Ten people that ordered after us have gotten their food and we are still waiting for ours." I then told her I wanted a refund in addition to my order because of the ridiculous wait time. I was given the refund, and while I was waiting for it, the food was run out to my husband. When he checked the bag, they had forgotten a good bit of our order. The staff had horrible attitudes and never once apologized for intentionally skipping over us and making us wait a really long time for our food. 10/10 would not recommend...
