I came in with no expectations, wanted a single donut and some coffee. I ordered a Carmel macchiato and a maple bacon donut, and my buddy got a small hot chocolate. Keep in mind, these too younger kids were in front of us, I watched as they stood patiently at the counter for probably 5 minutes before finally being helped. Then we finally got up to order, placed our stuff and took a seat to wait. 10 minutes pass by before we even get out drinks, those younger kids are waiting attentively at the pickup counter as well. More customers keep coming in, some are leaving because of the line or the wait. There are small families that have been sitting since before we got there still waiting, Iām watching new customers order and wait an absurd amount of time. It is a WHOPPING 34 minutes before I get my SINGLE donut. And after all that time, those poor kids who ordered ahead of us still hadnāt gotten their food, I asked the cashier if there was somewhere I could submit a claim online or speak to the manager, she simply said āIām not sureā and just stood there, I said thanks anyway and walked out, wishing the kids well with the rest of their day.
Absolutely terrible practice, even if it is a busy establishment, I couldāve gone to a caribou coffee, Dunkinā Donuts, or any other spot that is especially busy on a Saturday morning, and I still wouldnāt have had to wait an appalling 40 minutes for a simple 3 item order. Not to mention the other people who have been waiting even longer than that. Iām sincerely disappointed, my first impression of this place is not the greatest. Do better,...

My 8 yr old and I were looking at the sign near the door on how to order since we have never been here, when she rudely said again the menu is over there. I went over to look while my daughter was looking at the different options. A young girl came to the cash register and was very pleasant and helpful. We were placing our order, and once again the rude lady came over and interrupted to see how many we were buying. After placing our order we watched her make the donuts, and were appalled. She was too busy taking on her Bluetooth, while her dirty phone was on the counter by the donuts and toppings. Most of the glazes were chunky or watery, and barely any were put on the donuts! Then she was dropping toppings on the counter & would pick them up & put on our donuts! She kept wiping her gloves on her apron then touching the donuts again - all while on the phone talking to someone! It was an awful experience all around. Even my daughter said she doesn't want to go back. For $2 a donut, and being a customer-oriented store, I expect better service. They weren't even busy, so that's not an excuse. Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe donuts were a mess but very fresh, one of my lattes was great. The remainder of my order was incorrect or cold by the time I got it. The service was absolutely horrendous. I placed a curbside pickup order for a 9:03am pickup, finally received all of my order at 9:30.
After I called the curbside pickup number, relayed my name 4 times and spelled it twice, I was told my order was not ready and to ācall back later or another timeā. I called back 5 minutes later and no one answered. I then went inside and waited. Meanwhile, brand new orders (larger than mine) came in and were picked up. I had no idea what the status of my order was because everyone was running around with zero communication between team members. They all appeared frustrated. Once I noticed my items were being stacked up, I asked about the breakfast sandwich I ordered. No one knew where it was but asked me to check my donut boxes to make sure it wasnāt there. (It wasnāt). Finally someone found it sitting in the middle of the donut decorating area.
Iām aware the team members up front were all very busy, but there was no coordinated between them and they probably could have used a few more hands. One older gentleman was hanging out in back and would pop his head out randomly but never came to help. My bad experience today all boils down to VERY poor management and efficiency.
