McDonald's — Restaurant in Woodbury

The young Caucasian lady with red hair and glasses that worked on 10/13 was very rude and disrespectful, I ordered two sundaes and had to wait at the window for ten minutes for it. When she gave them to me it was a small portion of ice cream, it was melted and was very warm like it was in a microwave for some odd reason. I asked if I could pay for more ice cream and she rudely responding loudly and said no. She closed the window while her and the other young lady had their backs to me, I had to get their attention for a straw , when I asked for a straw she rolled her eyes and said “but there’s a straw in the bag”. Terrible experience just wanted two cold sundaes and couldn’t even get that. I don’t think she’s fit to be at the window or manger honestly, no respect , communication and wants a problem clearly me and my and the people I was with just wanted to eat without dealing with a attitude from someone who doesn’t want to work. Maybe someone with actual customer service would be better for the company. Also, I was the only person in line. Even worse. And I’m still curious on why my sundae was...

I'm only doing three stars because we arrived at 530 ish to 6 . We waited 30 mins to get our food 3 of us waiting in line ( customers who already ordered) while everyone else's food was getting dished out . Now I understand it gets busy but y'all queued our order so bad . That y'all gave my kid a hamburger instead of a cheeseburger and y'all forgot her apple slices . I didn't realize it because I drove 45 mins up north and was already in traffic . This goes for evening shift not afternoon shift . For a 22 dollar meal order shouldn't take 30 mins and y'all didn't give everything for the kids meal as ordered . Y'all need to slow down go order by order and stop skipping orders where people are waiting 30 mins PATIENTLY ALSO !! AND. Getting the order wrong . I never have a problem with y'all but make a better effort for...

This Mc Donald's Never Opens The Lobby At 6am..They Open At 7am..The Sign On Door Says 6am..I Have To Be At Work At 7am..So What The Hell Is It 6am Or 7am ????... Was In The Hospital For 4 Days And Wanted Some Tasty Food..I Went Threw The Drive Threw ..I Got 2 Fish Sandwich's And Large Fries..Apple Pie..The Sandwich's Where A Hard As A Rock..The Fries Where A Quarter Full And The Apple Pie Was Hard As A Rock With No Time And Date Sticker..Like To Know How Do You Give Someone A Quarter Box Of Fries..Maybe Need Glasses..Was Told I Had To Buy Something To Use The Rest Room..Before I Can Use The Rest Room..I Got A Coffee..While Standing At The Counter A Girl Got Out Of Her Car ..Came In ..Did Not Buy Anything And Someone Buzzed Her In ..Then The Girl Walked Out...
