Smoothie King — Restaurant in Woodhaven

I come to this smoothie king pretty frequently. The last time a young man had made my bowl I paid $14 and it wasn’t even full. This second time I went 30 minutes before close. I pulled up to order and was waiting for my app to load as the same young man I had last time was rude and impatient - asked me if I will be using the mobile app multiple times. I ordered a smoothie and was going to get a smoothie bowl and he told me they weren’t making them right now. So because you’re lazy you get to decide you don’t want to make what is advertised on the menu? The woman at the drive through window was super sweet and even told me about the survey on...

We were the only people in the drive thru and it took 20 minutes for us to receive two smoothies. My smoothie was very icy and didn’t have much flavor, when I went back and asked for a replacement I realized there wasn’t an adult in the store and it was being ran by two 15 year olds. My replacement smoothie also wasn’t not the best and it took an additional 15 minutes to receive that one. Over all dissatisfied with the lack of customer service and quality of the smoothies as I just think all the staff is very inexperienced and young and should go through further training. Southgate location will forever...

I travel a lot and get Smoothie King routinely at locations all over the Eastern US. The past 2 times I have gotten the 44oz Gladiator Smoothie from this location it has been ‘watered’ down had no flavor or substance. First time they were kind and made another one and it had flavor and was satisfying. The second occurrence the associate offered to make another but stated it would be exactly the same…. Not coming back to this location any more to buy a $13 watered down...
