Was late for TWO combination plates one Sunday 7pm (arrived 6:50pm)when on website clearly says they close at 9 and the older Asian lady was absolutely grossly RUDE I have never ever received such horrible customer service if I could vote they be shut down I would!!! Incredibly unprofessional attitude and lack of compassion nor reasonable explanation !!!! I had a friend of mine order FOUR combination plates and it happened she asked me to go pick up(she placed her order with her phone number) when I walked in and very rude older absurd looking woman asked me the phone number and that placed order, I mistakenly started to give her MY NUMBER not the one my friend placed because it was infact her order. She immediately started getting verbally harassing me while kicking me out the restaurant for ever!!!! I MEAN ARE YOU SERIOUS OVER TWO COMBINATION plates !!!!?!?!!?? EFF your entire business and learn some friggen management...

I don’t live in Woodland but always make a point to stop here and get food. The general che’s chicken is amazing. We’ve had a few not great experiences with some of the staff and other dishes being super bland. But we tossed it up to bad day. We were staying in Woodland for 2 nights for a family birthday party in sac so brought our party of 6 here. When we got the bill, like that can’t be right?! It was crazy high. Brought it up to the younger woman and she just acted annoyed. Of course no amounts on the check. Oh we were charged $8 for white rice for 2 people and they added their own 18% tip!! Without telling us. I told her that is not how gratuity works. I usually tip 20% if the service is good but the server doesn’t get to decide for me. Whoever is answering the phones today needs to look into a different career . I asked what the dinner combos where since I cannot find the menu anywhere online. She told me there are several items to come in and take a look. However I wanted to call it in for my husband to pick up after work ! After telling her this she proceeded to say to tell her what we like and she will tel me if it’s a combo they do. I stated ok well as for me I just want fried rice pork and pork chow mien. She stated that is not a combo you just get chicken rice. I said I understand that for mine I do not want a combo !
