In-a-Jif Computer Fix LLC — Local services in Woodland

I’m glad I went local and checked out In-A-Jif! Sent an email out describing my issue and Theo got to me quick. We set up a time for me to drop off my computer and unfortunately I wasn’t able to that day. We set up another day and it was nice knowing that they were able to work with my changing schedule. I was given two options, set up an appointment to have them work on it or drop off and have it worked on in the coming days. I decided to drop it off and Theo got to it the second day. He gave me a quick run down of what he installed, tests he did and everything was smooth. Unfortunately I still had an issue once back home but it was on my end. My speakers/audio connection. Theo didn’t hesitate to come by and quickly found a solution and even did some more tests on his own time. I’m not too good with computers myself, any other piece of technology yes, but not computers. Theo was very patient with my questions and was happy to explain what he was doing to my PC. After a short time, we gave it another shot and it was perfect. I’m finally able to play on my PC confidently without any lag or distorted audio. Even after, Theo asked me if I needed help again, please let him know. He was very friendly and felt like I was talking to a friend. Glad to have a local business like In-A-Jif to help out those in the area. Very satisfied and highly recommend! Thank you again!

I had a great experience with In-a-Jiff. I originally called in the late afternoon, and he was available to come the very next morning. He was flexible around my work schedule, and made sure to do research regarding my problem before coming over to look at my computer. He made sure to walk me through every step, which I greatly appreciated, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. We ended up having to take multiple actions to fix my problem as the first few attempts didn't work, which ended up taking about a week of on and off work, but he only charged me his regular two hour rate. I appreciated that he gave me multiple options to complete the fix, e.g. cleaning a part vs ordering a new one, and that he lists his prices on his website....

This is a small business, which means that they really do care about their customers. This is a local business, which means they really do care about their customers and go above and beyond to make sure you are informed, given options, and finish the task when they say they will.
