Google asked me to update my review. So here's some more thoughts on the subject. Even though the multimodality is not fully integrated into the digital portals yet, there are still incredible incentives behind using the app for purchases. The deals and points and redemption rates are all very favorable to put it plainly. If you are a regular, it is invaluable to use, and just as an infrequent visitor you can still get in on some amazing opportunities. Someday of course, we will get to where we were prototyping in around the mid-2000s in the San Francisco Bay area with a badge in through voice print that reads the code when it asks automatically. Do you want to use the mobile app today? This will bring up multiple different levels of interactivity on more than one screen and also on the mobile device being used by the consumer. I can't wait until we reach that level of science and integration, hopefully it's not too far off. That being said, we've kind of been working on it since the dawn of time if we're talking about tech and dog years...

Read moreEXTREMELY rude employee in drive through.. At the pay window he read my order to me exactly as I ordered it. When I got up to the pickup window they started handing me the wrong stuff. I told them this was not my order. Next thing I know the young man that took my money came up to the window and started yelling at me that he had read my order to me and I confirmed it. He read the correct order to me and I confirmed but.... that's not what they were giving me. He kept insisting he had read the other order to me. I started to question myself but then remembered... I ordered unsweetened iced tea and I distinctly remember him reading the iced tea back to me NOT the orange juice they were trying to give me. I get it. Mistakes are made. Two lanes in the drive through must get confusing. But DO NOT start yelling at your customer. When I disagreed with what he was saying he yelled more and louder. I was so shocked I ended up yelling back at him. I will NEVER return to this establishment and this young man needs to be counseled in how he handles...
Read moreI ordered 2 Sausage muffins with egg, muffin extra toasted. The menu showed WELL DONE. I clarified, just the muffin extra toasted, not the rest, just the muffin. I again clarified at the first window. When I got home, I discovered I did NOT have yummy breakfast, instead I had what looked like fake food in a child's play kitchen. Dry muffin, stiff dry sausage patty, stiff egg, cheese like glue. I returned the following day for replacements. I again went through drive through, then parked while I waited for my order. FINALLY my order arrived and I headed home. A few bites into my muffin, I realized something was missing, CHEESE! I turned right around, walked in, asked the manager to look at it, what's missing I ask, CHEESE! So I again wait, and wait. Finally I head home.
