Crave Burgers and Wings Woodstock — Restaurant in Woodstock

Food is good BUT SERVICE WAS BAD. This was oir first visit. From the moment we walked in the door, the girl had a crappy look on her face as if it was a bother that we showed up. Told her it was our first time and we just moved to the area and she was very unpleasant. My husband and I felt we were a bother. And I tried being extra nice thinking maybe she was just having a bad day and I could ger her to smile but not. The soda ran out from the machine. My husband went to the counter. She was on her phone on Instagram in the back and did not even bother to come out or look. He knocked hard on the wall and no answer as she stayed on her phone. So maybe if a person is not a people person you should not be in the restaurant industry. Left with a bad impression and honestly do not care to keep giving our money to a location that has someone that does not seem to care if they get business or not. Customers = $$$ = salary/jobs. You get a lot more if you are kind especially if someone greets you with a smile and even tips 10% for counter service order and walking over some burgers to a table. I guess my kids will not...

I recently ordered delivery from Crave Burgers through Uber Eats and was sorely disappointed. While some items were decent, the overall quality was subpar.

The boneless chicken wings were incredibly dry, lacking flavor, and the tater tots were flavorless and undercooked. The Philly steak itself was tasty, but the bread was soggy. The crinkle-cut fries were clearly frozen and barely cooked.

The onion rings were pretty good, and the sauces were tasty, though the portions were small. However, the brownie bites seemed to be store-bought and repackaged.

It's disheartening to see so many items that appear to be pre-frozen and reheated. This is certainly not the quality one would expect from a restaurant.

I should've turned around when I walk into the place during peak time on a Saturday night and the place is empty! Until tonight, I've never eaten at Crave. I went in based on the reviews. I ordered the Crave burger with a side of tater tots. Totally unimpressed. The burger was bland, unassuming, and dressed stingy with toppings (e.g. one wimpy piece of lettuce, one lame slice of tomato). In addition, I ordered 20 wings. Half spicy garlic. Half lemon pepper. Again unimpressed. The spicy garlic was heavily sauced with a chewy wing texture. Chewy to suggest quick thawed to fry and serve.
