June 26, 2023 This has to be the worst run Bojangles in the area. The drive-thru wait times are super long and they constantly get your order WRONG. Why do I keep coming back? Simply the convenience of the location to my home. You would think after all these years someone higher up in the corporate chain would take notice and do something about this location. Unfortunately, poor service at fast food restaurants has become the norm. Extremely long wait time. Once I got home I found out they gave me the wrong side items. Took the meal back for a full refund. I assume the guy who gave me my money back was the manager. He did not say ONE WORD. He didn't apologize for the poor service. He didn't offer a coupon or anything to make it right. Not one word did he utter. Whatever happened to customer service? April 27, 2020 Will things ever get better at this location? I go thru the drive-thru today and I can barely understand the guy taking my order. On top of that, he seems surly because I can't understand HIM. As always, I have to double-check my order. I plainly ask for some strawberry jam, nope not in the bag. When I ask for some at the window, he looks like I have imposed on him. I ask for half & half tea, come to find out it's unsweet tea. Read moreSo I have been going to this location for the pass 8-10 years. In the pass on the weekends there us usually a pretty long line is the drive thru but it moves well most of the time. But the last several times I have gone that hasn't been the issue. The issue I have had a lot of lately is that I order their Sweet Potato Pies, we love them and they are delicious, when you can get them. Several times when I order them with my food I get told to pull up, which I do and is fine. But when the employee brings my food out they always say "oh you had 2 Sweet Potato Pies, they are in the oven and will be another 10 minutes do you want to wait on them or get something else". Seeing as how I just waited 10 minutes for my food I am not going to wait another 10 minutes for Sweet Potato Pies!! So this is the really frustrating part. The employee says do you want anything instead like Bo-berry biscuits. I said sure since they are not a 10 minute wait. So the guy brings me out 2 Bo-berry biscuits which is a single order and cost $2,50, the 2 Sweet potato pies are around $6.50-$7. So Bojangles just screwed me for $4 bucks. I wonder how many times a day they do this to drive up their sales. Lol, the first time I was like well I will give it another try but the fact that it has happen about 4-5 times I feel like I am just going to stop giving Bojangles my business. Read moreThis by far was the worst experience I have ever had at any retail establishment. I ordered at the speaker and the manager took my order, interrupting me every other word. Not surprisingly she got my order wrong. Then when I pulled to the window and noticed she charged me for 4 sandwiches, I told her I only wanted three, the told me to shut up and listen to her and she proceeded to tell me what I wanted. Everutime I tried to tell her I only wanted 3 sandwiches and wanted a refund for one and she can have that one back, she told me I was wrong and I wanted 4. And that I had nothing to say she wanted to hear, when I finally grew angered and spoke over her, she told me to give her all of tje food and she would issue a full refund. I said no I only want one sandwich refunded, then when I tried to hand it back she told me that she couldn't take food back through the window, after, mind you, she just demanded it all back. She was by far the rudest, most self entitled, brat of an individual. She has no business managing, and would be more suited cleaning out dumpsters.
