Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Woodstock

Last time I ordered from this store, the delivery was significantly delayed, and the order was incorrect (wrong toppings on one of the pizzas). I contacted them and was given credit for a free pizza on my next order. So tonight, I decided to try again. I ordered in advance (knowing that I had company coming over and did not want it to be late), placing my order at 4:22pm for a scheduled 6:15 delivery. Watching the progress on their online tracker, I noticed that the order was taken out of the oven and was being checked for quality at 5:54pm. I thought great timing, they have 21 minutes to get it here and the store is less than 10 minutes away. I continued to wait and watch as the status did not change. My scheduled time came and went, and finally at 6:23pm (8 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered and after my pizzas had been sitting around for nearly half an hour) the status changed to one indicating the driver had left the store. I continued to wait, and finally at 6:43 - almost half an hour past when it was supposed to be delivered and nearly an hour after it came out of the oven, my order finally arrived - well after my guests had, thus defeating the entire purpose of my ordering ahead of time. This store used to be good, both in food quality and service, but over the last several months, both have deteriorated. I have given them several chances, but have seen no improvement, only further decreases, and a total lack of caring whenever issues are brought up...

Welp, that was the final straw. Moved 3 miles away from this dominos in May(7 months ago). Since I’ve ordered consistently (at least 3x month). My laziness gave this one the benefit of the doubt for so long. Consistently later than the ETA, usually cold, and they NEVER bring the sauces. This time they brought the completely wrong pizza and cold wings. When I called to get them to bring the correct pizza is when it really went down hill. I understand mistakes happen. It’s how you handle them that matter. Unfortunately Travis (assistant manager) has zero tact when it comes to understanding his loyal customers needs. I understand he’s busy, but Travis needs to understand that we’re all busy. His time is no better than mine. He told me he could send me a coupon or credit me a future order. That’s all nice and dandy, but I’m not going to let my wife go hungry because it’s easier for Travis. That’s just a ridiculous thought, after requesting a new pizza MULTIPLE times, he finally agreed to send one. However he refused to give me a timeline. 20 minutes later I call to find out an ETA, and was told “I’m too busy for this”. Travis, I hope you make this better. I called you back asking you to make it better and you told me to call an 800 number and hung up. Any who, I will update this review when I find a new delivery place so others in the area don’t have to deal with Travis. Hopefully when this one goes under a new, better dominos...

Ordered pizza and loaded tots last night, chase calls me and tells me they are out of tots and I said that’s fine I’ll take cheesy bread instead. He never once told me delivery was going to take over two hours. I called back again a short while later, and wanted to double check I ordered two garlic sauces. Again, no mention of my delivery being delayed. Finally I call back an hour and 15 minutes after I placed my order to see how much longer it was going to be, to then be told it will be another 45 minutes to an hour. I told Chase the delivery app shows it was on its way, he had no idea where my order was or if it was on its way and told ME to call him back in 10 minutes to let him know if my pizza arrived. It was just unacceptable customer service. And all I got after expressing my frustration was “you can get a refund, sorry”. Obviously a refund is justified I just expected a little more professionalism but clearly it’s a poor managed restaurant.

This is my problem, if you knew you were short on delivery drivers you could have told me that when I placed my order. Instead my family and I had to order pizza from somewhere else and wait even longer to eat. We don’t eat pizza often so when we do it’s a treat, and it was a real bummer to be...
