Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Woodstock

I am a BIG J Mike's lover, but this one was terrible. When we walked in 4 employees were just standing around, now I'm not the owner so it doesn't matter to me what they do, however the tomatoes were almost empty and the lettuce pan had brown wilted lettuce and looked to have been the 1st shifts lettuce leftovers. I ignored and continued to order, the sandwhich artist may need a course how to make a 10$ sub. The ingredients were scarcely put on the sub, and when we sat down to eat there was a dirty water smell from the wilted lettuce. I couldn't finish my sandwich. I will always be a J. Mike's loyalty customer, but this wasn't it today and I won't be back to this location. These are simple fixes, I hope they are corrected for the next visitor. Food should ALWAYS be fresh and plentiful especially when I am paying $21 for 2 subs. Staff was friendly...

I love jersey mikes, but I hate coming to this one. The FOOD AND SERVICE IS AMAZING let’s make this clear but… they have the worst sub making method at this location only, if you are to add any additional toppings to your sub after “mikes way”, they have a third person put those topping on the top half of the bread instead of just on top of the already started sandwich. The issue is that your extra toppings go flying everywhere when they put the top on which is insane, I’ve been here numerous times and it happens every time, I’m aware this is not the end of the world but I literally dread coming here because I know this...

I stopped in for the first time at this location and man-oh-man I'm going to become a regular. The sandwiches were absolutely delicious, even my finicky grandkiddos enjoyed their sandwiches.
