Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Woodstock

I have been going here for over five years. I have driven through and also ordered delivery. I always call and get the same exact thing and it is a pretty significant order and usually spend almost $50 each time. That is a lot of money for me. They usually have a record of what I bouht every time so we dont have to go through a huge list. I just say "same thing as last time" and bam. This time they were so RUDE! I called at 3:00 (so how busy can it be?), they put me in hold then hung up on me, so I called again. They put me on hold again. Then I said "Do u have a record of last time?" The guy said "no" in a rude tone of voice. That threw me off bc they always say "yes" so i said "something weird is going on.I guess Ill go somewhere else." And they guy yelled"Good!" And hung up. So. I ordered from Dominos and gave that driver a $10 tip, what I usually tip. That bill was $40 instead of $50 for the same thing and they were nice. Plus they are getting stingy anyways by charging extra for the butter dip. Seems like they could just throw a couple of those in there if you are already ordering a mass...

It’s been at least 6 years since I ordered from Papa John’s or any big chain pizza place. But I (made a huge mistake) and fell for the new ad. I ordered a thin crust pepperoni and meatball pizza. The guy on the phone said “meat?” I corrected him to pepperoni and meatball, he repeated it after me, and 45 minutes later, I was delivered a lukewarm meat pizza.

I let the driver know, and he said he’d tell them. I also called Papa John’s and asked for a replacement. Someone named Zack answered the phone and told me that I used the web and ordered the wrong pizza. I told him I called in the order and wanted a replacement. He said there was nothing he could do. So, I asked to speak to the manager.

Steve has clearly had customer service training. He offered a replacement, or I could get it another time. I wanted the replacement, and for some stupid reason I thought they would make it right – right away. It’s been over an hour, and it’s still not here.

So, I’m done with chain pizza, especially Papa John’s. BTW, they charge a $3.45 delivery fee that does NOT go...

30 minutes after order the delivery person showed up but yelled from the car the order was wrong. An hour later I went to Papajohns.com for a phone number but could only get a website Chat. Allan started the chat at 8:49 ten minutes later no resolve or answers all he could do was offer the phone number, which I wanted to began with. 10 minutes of nothing. Called the Papa Johns location and was told Door Dash was the delivery group. They were sorry but could not get another pizza out of another 40 minutes, an hour and 50 minutes after the order was placed. Got cutoff, called back for manager he offered to credit back my order but the credit would not show for a couple of days. Asked for Transaction number of credit but he did not have one. Next morning found a pizza at front door, NO ONE pushed the door bell. This is on a Tuesday evening, not a Friday or...
