Rosati's Pizza — Restaurant in Woodstock

I have been to Woodstock location twice this week. Once for pickup and the other dine in. Unfortunately, both times the kitchen staff were not wearing masks and didn’t even have them on their person that I could see. Tonight, one of the older male kitchen workers with glasses was sneezing in the pizza oven area with oven door open. Gross! At least he went over to the sink, but couldn’t see if he washed or just blew into a hand towel. All of the rest of the staff out front had on masks. My son ordered the spicy garlic wings. Wouldn’t suggest ordering them from here, not very good. The sauce either had a lot of vinegar in it or it was rancid. Waste of money. The Bread with oil and wedding soup were delicious. We also ordered the cookie alamode. Can’t go wrong there! Yummm!

At Halloween, I also had their ‘special,’ pumpkin cheesecake. It was made with ricotta. The last time I had ricotta cheesecake was in Texas in The early ‘90’s, except when I made it. This was so good. When I was sick, I had it delivered to the house. It was about the only thing that went down well and wasn’t spicy. They need to make ricotta...

Well I don't know the food's pretty good the problem is with the staff. Unfortunately I ordered pizza from them the the delivery person ended up putting it on the floor in my hallway at my neighbor's doordelivery guy ended up. The owner had to come and bring me another Pizza. This last time I just ordered the girl was going to charge me $1.25 for catch up after I just ordered a rib dinner and a side of wings. We did an online order called to verify the order requested for ketchup she was going to charge us I called back another person answers the phone she laughed and said no it's free I said oh since it's free can I have some napkins and a fork she laughed do you know I didn't get anything I got no utensils nothing no ketchup nothing. To top it all off the driver ended up going to a different address and then what he did get to my house my apartment he ended up going in the back and I said what are you doing in the back I said there's you have to come to the front so I can buzz you in I said my food better not be cold. I ordered for pick up... was told 20 mins.. i got there at exactly 20 min, walked in.. no one in the front, cleaning lady saw me walk in but didnt care to tell anyone i arrived, but she stopped to look at someone in the other corner where they had a computer to smile and kept on mopping still came back and didnt tell anyone i was still waiting , left saw a guy in the back who seemed to ask if i was helped but still no aknoedgment of my arrival .. watched my pizza ready n still no help. If it wasnt late i would have walked out. I have never felt so disrespected and angry. I think no matter wat position you are , you need to work as a team and let someone know they have a customer... i even tried to get someones attention but it was too loud for anyone to hear me. But the guy who eventually came around did offer me $4 off. Ill tell you this my time is more valueable then $4 for the extra 10 min i had to wait tok be able to eat after a long day at work...
