Requested service around 8:30am for my company on a Friday and they were here by 9am the same day to fix the issue. Talk about service! They always do a fantastic job couldn't ask for a better company to help us with our printer needs. Tom was the tech that came out and he went above and beyond. Went through the report with me, let me know of upcoming things that will need to be replaced. He had also noticed a separate issue with the bypass tray door and ordered the parts needed to fix it. Nicholas was very helpful when picking out a new machine and making sure we got exactly what we wanted. They didn't try to push us into buying more than we needed, which was very nice!
