Had never been to this location before. I went through the drive thru and ordered the same drink I always get at other locations as is on the menu. The drink I get comes with the option of chocolate or strawberry. The girl said they did not have a button for chocolate and asked if I wanted strawberry. I said no and she said she would put it as strawberry but do the chocolate that her system is weird. I said ok and pulled up. At the window she said the same thing and I paid and she gave me the receipt. On the receipt it was listed As a totally different drink with strawberry substituted in. I asked her if she put the wrong drink in and she said no it is the same drink I ordered just a different name in the system than the menu. I said ok.. and reminded her that I did not want strawberry in the drink but chocolate. She said she knows. Then we wait and when the drinks come out my drink is bright red and I say I asked for chocolate not strawberry and she looks at me and says "sorry we are really busy and I didn't make it" then proceeds to stare at me blankly like she expected me to take it. I finally said ok but this is not what I ordered, you know that and I'd like what I paid for. She said ok and gets the other girl working there to redo it. After waiting more the other girl hands the drink to me and this time it is chocolate with a bunch of red in it. I try it and it definitely has strawberry in it again. At this point I left because I didn't want to continue to hold up the line. If I had a strawberry allergy they would've been in trouble. I tried to call to get my money back on the still incorrect item and every time I called it would ring and ring and no one would pick up. Waste of time, money and the window girl was very rude and lacking in customer service skills. The receipt said Cammy on it but I'm not sure if it was the rude window girl or the one in the back that rang it up. I work in food service as one of my jobs. I started coming here this time last year and two of the workers that worked there (I think their names were Dariela and Kathia) were so rude and disrespectful. Every time i would come in or order through the drive thru, I would experience attitude and rudeness. The dariela girl would always be on the phone or have her boyfriend inside the store and instead of doing her job she would often be arguing with her boyfriend in front of customers and would make me wait extra long to serve me... which in my opinion is so ridiculous. Kathia just had a attitude problem which i should not have had to experience every time i chose to come here. For those reasons, I stopped coming to this location. I decided to give it another try around august this year and my goodness all the new employees were so so sweet and had great customer service and always sparked a conversation with me, something I wasn’t used to when I came last year. and for that reason, I always choose smoothie king now and appreciate the service so much.Tyler, Teena, Karen and Marquez are amazing employees! Read moreI frequent this location about 2-3 times a week around 8am, I use the drive thru and typically am the only one there or behind one other car. I don't mind waiting for about 5 or so minutes for a smoothie from the order process to the receiving of the smoothie. But since Covid, the owner or manager has only scheduled 1 employee to run the store, take the orders, make the product, and ring up the orders, making it take much longer than needed to get a smoothie. Today I was behind 1 car who must have ordered the most difficult smoothie there because it took no lie 10 minutes till they finally received it. When I finally pulled up to pay/receive my 1 smoothie, I had to wait another 4 minutes before the young girl came to the window. When she arrived, she did not apologize for the wait or even say hi, just barked my total. She then takes my card and hands me the smoothie that's has been in the window, turns out my smoothie had been sitting there for the whole 14 minutes. My suggestion for better customer care is either have another employee for back up or advise the more difficult smoothie to pull up to a parking space and allow the easier one to grab...
