IHOP — Restaurant in Woodstock

My experience tonight was horrible. The food me and my friends ordered took almost an hour to make because of the night being busy. I understand that but my waitress did not check on us or even say the food is on its way. Upon receiving my spicy chicken sandwich, it was nothing like the picture. All it had was the bun, cheese, and chicken. No sauces or lettuce like it was suppose to. So I had to flag down another waitress to get my waitress and a menu so I could order something different. I waited for almost 15 minutes for her to come take my new order when all of my friends had finished their food. She finally came over and didn't apologize or anything about the terrible service that she was giving to us. My food was prepared by the manager and sat in the window for 10 more minutes. Once she brought my food I asked for a box to take it with me because I was ready to leave and mentioned to her that I was not paying full price or anything for this bad service or disgusting food. She walked off and didn't ask about the checks or anything. I asked the waitress that had helped me before to speak with the manager about the service and could I have some syrup. She informed me that he was cooking the food. My waitress came back to the table with an attitude asking what was wrong and I told her about the service she gave us was horrible, not refilling any drinks, not making sure our food was okay when she brought it out, and she made the comment to me saying " well you did order something that you haven't tried before so that's not my fault." Then she walked off. My friend said to me that was rude and the "customer is always right" and our waitress loudly said "no their not." Then when she came back again and said my food was not included on the check then she mean mugged me as she walked away. I was extremely angry and still wanted to talk to the manager. So I walked around the corner and basically begged him to come out of the kitchen to speak on what was said to me and the service from this specific waitress. I will NOT be eating at this establishment ever again. I hope someone of management takes this into consideration because her service is not needed at your establishment. WORSE WAITRESS I...

I came in with my family the other time and after being seated and waiting 15 min to be greeted we told the front host no one had taken our drinks. Dion finally came and rudely asked for our drinks orders that took about an extra 10 Min to be served (by another server l) Waited another 35 -40 for our food. I didn’t think much of the way that we got treated and the service Dion provided. Today I came in with my family again after waiting 30 min to get seated, again we were purposely left to wait for 15 min to get greeted by Dion AGAIN. Rudely asked for our drinks and food order. Waited another 13 min for our drinks that were brought by another server again. A stranger came to us saying that they noticed how we were being treated and that wasn’t right they noticed that Dion did not wanted to serve us. He came asking if there was an issue I told him yes we didn’t like the fact it took 15 min to get our 5 drinks, he said he had a party of 15 and another one I said well if you are busy, the other server doesn’t mind taking care of us and all he said that there was a 30 min wait on the food on top of the 20 min we had already waited after ordering and I was like ok I understand that. Another person came to us and mentioned the same thing after that we felt that we needed to leave because we Didn’t feel comfortable with staying and being served by someone who clearly didn’t want us there. While we were leaving all I hear in the kitchen while I was passing is Dion commenting with other servers about us leaving, talking about “bye Felicia, see ya wouldn’t wanna be ya” what kind of disrespect is that?? I spoke to the manager who said he was gonna take care of it. Not sure what he meant with that but he did hear me out about all. I just want to warn everyone about this server. Please avoid the server Dion to avoid having this issue...

On Saturday night a wine and some friends went here me and my sister ordered the party melt when the food was brought to us the hamburger was completely raw! I told the server and we got a get 2 meals for free card for eating some of a raw hamburger the next day me and my sister wanted to give it another chance and since it was free we thought why not it can’t be as bad as the last time....we were completely wrong. When we got there it was a little crowded not to bad we were waiting 36 minuets for a server finally we got the attention from a server passing by and we told him we have been waiting for over 30 minuets and he was like no one has gotten your drinks or even cane to your table? No no one is said anything to us hence why we called you over here. He took our orders this time we got sandwiches and fries when bringing our food it took another 20 minuets to bring my sandwich and all they brung my sister was fries she said I wanted a sandwich with the fries and the server was like ohh okay and the other sandwich didn’t come till 15 minuets later. The fries were cold and the bread on the sandwich was soggy they didn’t fill up our drinks they gave us one drink no refills. After handing us our food no one came back to our table at all. When we got done eating we heard the servers saying who’s table is that? I don’t know it’s not mine. So no one had our table our food sucked and didn’t get to us till we had already been there well over a hour we got 1 drink the servers was terrible. And when I was leaving the server actually had the nerve to say I think you forgot a tip ma’am. Terrible place to eat and to just relax...
