Starbucks — Restaurant in Woodstock

I'm not usually a fan of sitting in a Starbucks and working, or even meeting someone at a Starbucks wether it be a friend for a coffee and chat, or a business meeting. They are typically so loud and chaotic. The music is usually so loud you can't even think and it's not an enjoyable experience. I typically get my coffee and leave. However, I drove past this location and noticed a nice outdoor patio and thought I might stop for coffee and maybe get some work in on the patio. When I entered it had such a different feel from any other Starbucks I've been to. It was quiet, the music wasn't blaring and it was calm, enjoyable music, it didn't feel chaotic and crazy, I felt relaxed. I decided to sit inside to enjoy the atmosphere since it felt so good. Kudos to this Starbucks. It's what I envision a good coffee shop...

I called this location this morning to confirm that my drink would be remade. I got an error message. The manager told me this morning their phones to this location have been down for a month.

I called to get a remake of my drink that was made incorrectly yesterday. When I arrived I found out I had spoken to a different location on Main Street, who assured me that they would remake my drink. The manager on duty (a 20-ish blonde female) said she would have to Speak to her manager to see if she could but not until her manager said ok. That was weird. She came back five minutes later and said her manager told her not to remake my drink because they didn’t have any knowledge...

Great location and a super pretty space. The only negative feedback is that there isn’t enough seating inside. Every time I’ve come so far I haven’t been able to sit down with a friends and my daughter I met for our coffee date. The outside space is gorgeous and has plenty of seating but I hope there will be more umbrellas added as it’s way too sunny and hot to sit at the tables outside during the later spring and summer days. A covered patio area is available and has additional seating if you’re lucky enough to grab a spot. I do love this new location and come here almost daily now. The staff has been super sweet too which isn’t always the case...
