Some friends and I came to Partners a couple of months ago, before a Madlife show. It was on a Saturday night, and it was packed. We grabbed a table up front, as it came open. But then the wait began. Was someone going to help us? After waiting for a bit, one of us came up to the front and they told us that it would be a little bit before someone could come help us. We said "let's at least get a beer going". They did bring those over pretty quickly. We then waited another 20 minutes for someone to come back and take the order. Then the wait really began. Our food took nearly 50 minutes from there. Not the best first impression. But I will say that the Chicken Club Calzone was outstanding! Cut to a Sunday evening (3/30) and my family and I were coming back from my daughter's lacrosse games and decided to give it another shot. There weren't many people there, so we sat down as soon as we came in. The staff was in and out of the kitchen plenty. A couple of people continued to look our way from behind the counter. But no one ever came. After 20 minutes I decided they must have so much cash that they didn't need mine. It's sad really because there are so many places competing and you really need to stand out in an area like that. I will say that we went to eat somewhere else very close by, and they sat us right away, took our orders, and our food was to us in less than 20 minutes. We won't be back to get treated as if we...

First time customer. I went in assuming it was counter service (my fault i admit). But notice the “seat yourself” sign and thought maybe they wait tables. I sit at a two seat table facing the register And fountain machine. I am siting there for at least 10 minutes and still haven’t been acknowledged at all. The kids working there were just staring at us and laughing and joking around, which is cool i get it, but at least they should utilize basic customer service skills to acknowledge us and give us feedback about what is popular there and what not. Anyway still haven’t been serve, so i get up and go to counter and ask, “should i order up here?” Guy at register replies, “no you can take a seat and we will be right with you with menus.” I said “ok...,” I sit back down with my sister at the table and wait for ANOTHER 10 minutes before I made the executive decision to leave, unfortunately. I drove from Gwinnett to try this apparently “popular” pizza from Woodstock, but its customer service shot my dreams down. It just wasn’t very welcoming. I don’t want anything or a response, but just want to make the General Manager know that they should probably coach some of their staff to have a sense of urgency and to demostrare BASIC customer service. Yeah it’s a just a restaurant gig for kids, but plays a bigger role and principle in...
Read more2 major issues, I'd be willing to go closer to a 4 star, but don't want to round up because while the food has always been good here, today was the first time I'd physically been there and it wasn't a good experienc) I downloaded the PDF file for the menu from the website and ended up paying $25 for a large pizza that the website said was 18. My interactions with the staff were such as that I felt at best tolerated, rather than appreciated for the business. I don't ask for a lot, mostly I just want the food to be timely and taste good, which it was and it did, but all of those little things in addition to the fact that the floor in the front entrance is falling apart and pressing in as if it is soggy wet wood, made me want to leave a review, and I'm rarely a review kind of person. All in all, food here is good, I'd like to think I caught them on a bad day because I've also worked in the food industry, hand tossed pizza cook, and know some days are better than others, but for as good as the food has been here in the past, this interaction left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I'll still come back, but with a degree of hesitancy that I didn't feel before. (Also, the men's room is a disaster. If I see a bathroom falling apart like that, I start worrying over the kitchen...
