Great place for a special gift...or two! There are all kinds of unique food products here, and the stars of this show are definitely the vinegars and flavored oils. However there are so many interesting items that are really a rare treat that it's an experience to just visit and look around. One intriguing set of products are the small batch soy sauces aged in bourbon barrels. Leaning Ladder is one of those specialty stores that really shines!! Tremendous selection of specialty olive oil, vinegar, small batch spices and locally blended soups and dips, along with wines and a ton of serving and cooking gear!! My favorite part is that they regularly host cooking and tasting classes perfect for a night out. I've attended several classes already and the setup for the classes has been amazing!! Everyone has been very accommodating and friendly, and the shop remains open following the classes to allow customers to shop for the same ingredients used during the class itself. Highly...

Lovely place with great selection of olive oil and vinegar as all the other reviews are saying. To add a few more things: The baguette they sell is amazing. It is a little bit expensive ($4) but is worth it! They have a decent wine selection, too. (They do not carry a lot of wines, so this might not be your place if you want to do a Merlot flight but the variety is surprisingly good.) And they have cooking classes / events.
