Made an appointment to get Wedding nails done. I was told when making the appointment that someone could do the ombre now with 3-D flowers on the ring finger. Upon entering the salon when they opened my nail tech, wasn’t there yet. I waited. When she got there, she stayed in the car on her phone. Finally, when she came in 20 minutes late, She still did not put down her phone. She sat in her chair in front of me, didn’t say a word and continued on her phone. When she finally started, she didn’t even introduce herself and constantly kept checking her phone. The Nails were done very quickly. They didn’t cover the edge. She used a hot pink for my pink and white ombre. Barely glued on gemstones that fell off before I got home. Once the glue dried on the gemstones, it looked very cloudy and dirty. When she was doing the 3-D nail flower, she expressed that she hadn’t done that before yet. I was told someone there could do it. They were very thin. I decided to go to Another nail salon to have them redone. They couldn’t believe the terrible job that I had experienced for my wedding nails. They asked why I didn’t go back to have them fix it…. Why would I go back to the same place that couldn’t do what I asked. It wasn’t even a hard design. mind you there was no one else in the salon the entire time except for my mother beside me. Her nails turned out great, but she wanted a 3-D flower as well and we were told to come back the next day to get the girl who did mine to finish her nails?!?!?! After the girl was done with my nails instead of starting on my mother’s, she took on a new client. She could’ve spent those few minutes, finishing my mother’s nails, but instead, she was running late because she sat in her car on the phone before she even walked into the salon 30 minutes late. I should’ve known to go to my normal location instead of trying somewhere new. Don’t waste your time there’s many other salons in the area that have techs who actually care about doing a good Job. She didn’t even bother to do around my cuticles, which made them look extremely undone and unprofessional....

I’m honestly really surprised that this place got such good reviews. I will give it to them that the staff was really friendly, and they listened and were willing to do something different when the initial manicure I wanted didn’t work out. Overall, however, the service was slow and the end result was sloppy. I originally picked out white SNS nails with a marbled green gel pattern. It quickly became clear that the woman who did that part of my manicure (I was shuffled around between three different nail techs) had no idea how to recreate the art they were offering. It looked like she had taken green watercolor paints and smeared them all over my nails. She also ended up flicking green gel polish all over me. I ended up leaving (after more than an hour and a half, despite calling ahead to make an appointment) with a white manicure with gold flakes, which would be fine if it had been good quality. However, the areas around my cuticles are super jagged, and it looks like the manicure has already grown out by a week despite only two days having gone by. I also asked them to cut the rest of my nails down to one of my thumbs, which broke, and instead they barely cut the rest of my nails, so now I have one significantly shorter nail than the rest. I wouldn’t come back here and will probably have to spend another $50-$60 on a manicure in the next few days. Do not believe the pictures. They current owner just bought the place. They are not even backed by the BBB. I visited this nails shop waiting for my daughter to get out of school one day. We live far and i thought what better time to relax and get self care. Big mistake! I googled them read the reviews and looked at the pictures and thought ok…this is ok. The lady who did my nails did so horrible that another nail tech had to take over. I had already been there for 2-3 hours and did not have the time for him to redo them so he said he would fix them. So i left thinking i would never come back but at least he fixed them. Wrong the next day 2 nails popped off and the day after that 2 more. I’m not one to break nails or be brought i was literally picking something up and they just popped off. I called the nail shop and no one answered (remember we live about an hour away) i called the next day and left a message. The day after i called (Monday) and it was almost liked they blocked me. I called my bank bc what else could i do right…the bank asked me to try an reconcile with the shop rhe manager insulted my intellians mine was the only voicemail he didn’t get and only offered 50% off instead of doing them for free bc i didn’t call them in a week mind you i called them 3xs.
