I brought my mother, who has dementia here for early supper. She gets nervous easily and is in a wheelchair. This is where she wanted to go. Upon walking in, there were 2 tables that knew each or came together. There were 3 children around 5 or 6 literally running in circles around the whole restaurant, playing tag, loudly. The parents did not care nor the workers . I asked in English and Spanish for the kids to sit, then i asked the manager twice to please say something. She said she didn't know it was happening, because she was in the back, but the kids were so loud, everyone should've heard. There was also 2 more older couples who were annoyed and mad. While helping my mother in the bathroom. The woman came into the bathroom and asked me what my problem was. I told her my mother gets nervous and the kids should not be allowed to run around. She said if my mom had a problem I should not bring her here. I told her this is a restaurant amd children shouldnt be running around screaming. We had a coupl of words, and she walked out. I didn't come to McDonalds to fight a woman or tell the manager. Like herself I am in the restaurant industry and proceed to tell her how to do her job. Very dissatisfied with this and will Never be back. Melody was the manager and she looked like I was...
Read moreUsed to love McDonalds in general..this one and one in Milford.. were my favorite local ones. But corporate gutted the places, and redid the once pleasant and familiar..replacing it with trendy and macabre..rendering them both boring and tasteless. Sadly, going to McDonalds was family friendly..their shift to edgy and dark and computer kiosk ordering..has taken any semblance of 'family' in the place. Sorry, but having toys with happy meals just doesnt cut it. Trying to be bold and innovative in their appearance just falls flat..like their paint schemes. Cutting down the counter space..leaving only one register open (I know, i know you're saving money) comes off to me, like you no longer expect a lot of people to come in at any given time. And if they do..they get long lines..ive watched it in action. Remember that endless fresh quarter pounder promotion? Big napkin to catch the juice and big box to show how wonderful they were? I ordered one tbe other day..what a difference. Dry and tastelesz again. Serious..take a bite of just the bun itself..tasteless. If i want juicy cheeseburgers now..its Wendys..if i want fun for the kids..its burger king. Burger King has been slower to radically change.. but ya just know its...
Read moreI go to this location often cause its close to my home. However I'm about to start driving across the city. Pretty much every time I go there my order is messed up in some way. Some of the workers are rude. Including one of the managers short kinda heavy dude. Had a staff member threaten our lives cause they messed up our order twice and we asked him to mind his business and get back to work cause we were already speaking to a manager. He thought he was tough cause he threw off his headset like he was trying to fight over it. When really he just came off as trashy. Manager REFUSED to give us his name so we could report him and his worker who clearly had mental issues..Didnt go there for a while after that cause they have a few lose cannons and people who are probably high all the time working for them..as I stated before there are problems more often than not. Tried again tonight to get my simple 2 item order screwed up was charged 2 extra dollars for toppings on a sandwich and didnt get them. Tried to call and the phone just kept ringing. Tried again to hear people in the back ground and to be hung up on instantly. This location needs to be...
