Subway — Restaurant in Woonsocket

Ordered 2 subs on the app got home they had the sauces switched. So I went back there and showed them the order and what was supposed to be on each sub. The first worker I talked to didn’t say anything she just looked at her coworker and he INSISTED that he didn’t switch the sauces. So I had to go all the way back home to bring the wrong subs in with me to prove myself which made this situation even more inconvenient and annoying. Then when I got back there with the subs they argued with my husband and made a scene the girl that was working there her name was Cassidy or Cassie whatever something like that she wanted to keep giving attitude and trying to be cute as she was making the new subs and she was about to make them wrong AGAIN as she was getting cocky and saying remarks under her breath. Very poor customer service, I’ll be calling to try and speak to the owner or manager...

I won’t most definitely will not be back at this subway, the Indian woman was rude and did not care, I ordered two sandwiches and 2 large fountain drinks. I had black specs in my cups from the ice machine so I threw the ice away , I refilled the cups with ice and again black specs. So I go to the counter show her both of my cups and ask if I could just grab the drinks from the fridge , first off she said no I couldn’t it would be more money, and than she said the ice machine was clean after seeing i had black specs inside BOTH CUPS. She wasn’t nice about anything , she was giving me an attitude after I showed her my cups , I ended up leaving my cups there because she wouldn’t give a me refund nor offer me a didn’t drink. My husband just got home with my foot long sandwich. As far as I've always known, they're supposed to put the meat on the sandwich in a folded type fashion. My meat was a single layer of fully stretched out meat. My sandwich is rather sad and lacking, in more ways than the meat. I asked for oil & vinegar, and if theres any on it, I cannot tell as my sandwich seems dry.The lady wasn't wearing a name tag and my husband didn't get a receipt, either. Maybe the lady was new, or maybe she wasn't and was trying to skimp on meat. Either way, I'm one disappointed pregnant woman and will probably go to other locations...
