Well, interestingly - we could only order from the drive-thru. Just 2 week's b4 we ate inside & actually had been eating inside for about 21/2 to 3 months. All of a sudden they don't have enough employees to open the dining room. Certainly it can't be their pay scale since I was told they hire in @ $13.00 an hour now. So that was disappointing and also the sign on the menu said their shake machine was down. Of course I was going to order an orange shake. Double whammies!!! I'm happy to report that tho we had to eat in the car our order was made correctly and everything (including condiments) was in the bag. Our ham & cheese sandwiches were delicious - our fries only warm (which surprised me) as the line wrapped around the building. We were car#8 in line & before we got to our turn the car in front of us left, as well as one behind us. Being that busy I expected all fries would be hot. If dining room had been opened they wouldn't have lost any customers. Hopefully our next trip will find the inside open again. We do 💕...
Read moreI love Arby's and since I live just up the street from Cleveland Rd, I keep giving it a chance but really has gone downhill as far as I'm concerned. Well worth the time to drive downtown. I am usually there between 8-9 at night after working 12 hours. 1st the line will be wrapped around the building which would be OK if it was due to the service or food. But it's not. When you finally get to order, the person working the speaker is whispering or mumbling like they are afraid of the mic. You will then find out if the machine is down so no milkshakes, or floats ( I've only had 1 rootbeer float from there this summer) or they are out of a chosen meat, all Arby's run out jalapeño bites so I kinda understand the company is limiting those but the meats for the sandwiches? Really? When you finally order what's available that is you get a rude guy who looks like he belongs Beach party at the window. No thank you don't need it that bad....
Read moreThis Arby's is awful. The food took forever to come out and was just slapped together, my fiancee went back up to order apple turnovers and asked them to make them fresh because the ones they had made already looked pathetic. He walked away and they had it waiting he looked at the shelf and saw the spot they were at was empty and opened the bag and saw they had finger holes in them. He asked for them to make them fresh and said he wasn't going to eat this. The cashier tried go argue with him and he was firm. The manager from the back yelled they take 25 minutes to make new and he told them to make them he will wait. After about 10-15 minutes they were done. The cashier rang her son out while we were there and be bought a drink and she then gave him a ton of free food for him and...
