LADY TAKING ORDER WAS MAD RUDE! So I get up to the speaker in the drive thru where I am greeted by the most unfriendly fast food worker I've ever met. "What can I get you." She said in the most unsincere way you can imagine. I then proceeded with my order because I have worked in the fast food industry before and I know that sometimes it gets to you. "Can I get a Lg Mocha iced coffee with reg cream & sugar. Can I also get a choco frosted donut, and uuh double choco frosted... Uuh" I said about to continue when the lady decides to interrupt me while continuing to be very rude in tone "ok thanks, pull forward". Now to be fair I was going to end it there but in no way did I say anything that resembled my order being over. "Ok, I guess I'm done" I shot back. I paid for my order and left. I will not be buying a single thing the next time I am treated like this, I will gladly go next door to McDonald's and get a dollar coffee and be greeted with much better decency. Yes I get it, they aren't our servants and in no way am I saying they are. But you're in the fast food industry for a reason so you should at least greet people with a form of kindness. PS: for the manager or any higher ups that actually even review the comments to better there business. It was the lady assigned to taking orders on 9/15/2022...
Read moreThe first experience was fine. The first couple times i got what i ordered. Then my hashbrowns never made it into the bag with the rest of my food. Fine, whatever. No big deal. But my last visit was ridiculous. All i wanted was a coffee before a night shift. But I ordered one large and one medium caramel craze. After correcting the woman taking my order about 5 times politely (and being met with attitude) What was i handed? Well after reading out loud that it was a latte the woman behind the window still attempted to hand me a large green tea. Then after I clarified it was TWO lattes a medium and large (both at the ordering station and the window) , i was handed a medium and a small, i get that its busy. I get people make mistakes. But I shouldn’t have to correct you three times at each station, especially when you are charging me for bigger sizes, you get paid to make coffee, and I have places to be. Do better. Note to manage ment: clearly these people need to be supervised a bit more closely. So whether your hiding in the back office or outside smoking a cigarette, maybe you should probably watch...
Read moreThis place is just not good at all, Everytime I go my order is wrong. Example today I ordered a small iced coffee, got up to the cashier and they charged me for a medium and then asked me what my order was....when I said I ordered a small they gave me a small. So we both knew I was over charged but it was never offered for a refund. Also had to repeat my order multiple times and my sandwich was wrong. If you guys don't have something you should tell the customer instead of just giving me a different sandwich altogether. Cashier apologized and was very nice. This is the only dunkins that gets it so wrong. Also my sandwich was freezing cold in the middle and bacon was cold and barely cooked.
Lots of friends and family in the area have warned me that this Dunkin donuts is horrible, so I am definitely not the only one getting this service. I have also seen a decline in business here since the remodel. Something...
