Been to lots of Gong Cha and other brands of tea places but this place prob has one of the worst customer service. Few months ago I was visiting friends in Worcester, I suggested going there after dinner for tea and desserts. While waiting in line, I can clearly see the two groups of customers ahead of us were treated badly and there was a woman who just kept giving customers the side eye. So we ordered egg waffles with ice cream and 4 drinks, the drinks were okay but see picture 1 was the egg waffle we got. It was soggy and so bad looking without ice cream, so I went back and asked about the missing ice cream they said I didnât specified ice cream (so ordering it and the cashier confirming my order back to me wasnât specific enough??) so this woman once again gave us the side eye and said âwe can put ice cream in it but you gotta pay for ice creamâ the unapologetic bad attitude that she had and assumed I was asking for free ice cream. So I said itâs fine donât worry about it. Walked back to my table and I tasted one little piece of it and it was raw batter inside!!!!! Went back to let them know and they refused to admit it was raw. After few mins of back and forth with them, she finally scoffed and said will make us a new one, the 2nd one wasnât raw but still look so bad see picture 2. And see picture 3 from Tsaocaa thatâs what an egg waffle should look like. Last week my friends went there to get tea again and they were also treated very badly, when they simply just want to confirm their order. They said the staffs were so impatient and made them...
Read moreI was visiting Worcester MA and our friend who is a local took us to Gong Cha for some Bubble Tea. I've never had Boba before and I was excited to try it out. Our friend suggested what had become his favorite a Crème Brulèè Bubble tea with brown sugar Boba and custard on the top and torched sugar!! It sounded Amazing and it WAS!! Surprisingly It wasn't TOO sweet and it was so creamy and delicious kind of like a dessert milkshake if I had to compare it to something.. We were in heaven!! While we enjoyed our drinks I also saw a sign for bubble waffles I couldn't resist. My eyes were bigger than my stomach for sure! I ordered an original bubble waffle and chocolate bubble waffle with Boba and ice cream for us all to share. As they prepared the fresh warm waffle the store filled with the most wonderfully delicious smell! OMG it was sooooooo good! I could only have a few bites of each.. it was dessert overload because we had also just come from having lunch but I can't say enough good things about our experience. The staff was wonderful and the store was nice and clean with a friendly environment. I would definitely recommend Gong Cha and I'm just sad that I live 3+ hours away... next time I am in town I will definitely be...
Read moreEverybody have fun tonight! Everybody Gong Cha tonight! Or whenever they are open! Now I'm not what you would call a connoisseur of drinks. Not much experience with the concept in general. I run more dry than most. I haven't been tested it's just what I've been told. So! Going into a place that is mostly drinks?? Let's just say that definitely took me off balance! But the staff definitely was a sturdying force and quickly leveled me out! If I can be honest, I'm not sure what I got! But it was great and something special! First it was in a plastic cup. A PLASTIC CUP??! I was like "whoa.....I ain't no millionaire!" But they assured me that the plastic cup was firstly NO EXTRA CHARGE(!!!) and I could take it with me!! Turns out not just me, but anyone who gets something there can take it outside with them and don't have to bring it back! Uuuhhhhh....I think I love drink places!! So I didn't see any bubbles but the drinks had small round foods in them. They give you a bigger than normal straw to eat them. More on how to use it later I'm sure! So yeah! Take Charge and take Cha!
Also when I was in highschool I used to pull my eyebrows out, but I...
