OneZo Worcester — Restaurant in Worcester

This is my go to spot for boba and noticed the cute signage for a review. I seen the lasted review and was appalled. I asked the workers what happened and they explained the whole store. DNA A is not telling the whole truth. They demanded for boba on the side but the workers told him they can’t do it since it’s against policy unless he wanted to buy a separate cup but refused! They even told them they would refund the .85 cents of the extra boba they wanted but just wanted the whole order canceled! The door was opened because it was nice out, can’t stop flies from flying in and everyone just wanted some fresh air! I have came in a few times when they were mopping , this is during closing. Can’t expect them to mop during mid day in case we trip. I honestly feel bad for the girls since they’re always so accommodating and nice. Also seen another review from them, they got mad because the grocery store sold out of what they wanted! Self-absorbed person!

I was a frequent customer but after last weekend I don't think I'll be back. I got a latte with Boba. I started drinking and the caffeine content was so high I thought I'd get a heart attack if I continued. I went back to let the barista know and while she did ultimately offer to make it again with "more sugar" she wasn't interested in giving me another drink with less caffeine. Lattes aren't supposed to taste like an intense bold roast. But she insisted that is how they make coffee. I accepted the offer for a new one and that one was still extremely strong, just sweeter.

Other times I've been there when I got a latte it was nowhere near as strong. This visit it did not taste very good.

My husband got a milk foam green tea and he wasn't very impressed with his drink either, there was no flavor.

I'd let this go if the drinks weren't so pricy. With Boba it's $7...

OneZo is delicious!

Each beverage is beautifully made, labeled and sealed - it's such a treat poking the straw through the top to enjoy your drink.

I've ordered in person & via delivery several times now, and each time my order was perfect, straws included - the hot drinks arrived hot, and the cold drinks arrived still icy - I've yet to have a negative experience with Onezo.

The menu has a good selection of warm and cold teas, milks, and smoothies, with the option to customize any order.

My current favorite is the Oreo milk, with extra oreo, brown sugar boba and coffee jelly.
