I have a lot of mixed feelings. Went on a Sunday morning and it wasn’t super busy which is refreshing because diners are usually insane. There wasn’t a wait and my family of four got right in. I ordered the lox and it was FABULOUS. The smoked salmon was perfectly cooked and the bagel was grilled and really flavorful. My family got the potato pancakes and guacamole egg sandwich. Both were also super fabulous. I don’t recommend the home fries though, not crispy and no flavor. The Issue: I found 3 strands of hair in just my dish and my sister found one. Don't waste your time! The ice cream is reasonably good but the service is poor at best. They advertise that they are open until 8, so at 7:30 when my gf called to confirm their hours a woman answered and said that they were open another 10-15 minutes ( closing 15 minutes early?). We then told the woman we could be there within minutes and that we live one street over and were just looking for ice cream... she said that was ok so we rushed to get there (literally within 4 minutes of phone call). She obviously locked the door the second she got off the phone with us but was too ignorant to tell us to not even bother coming. I've never written a complaint but this was just ignorant, rude and bad service overall. 7:30 july 7th. I will most certainly make a point of never recommending this...
