Was a great experience! Came here for our 2 year anniversary and tried many items since they sounded good. We were pleasantly surprised how great everything tasted, and the timing to when it was served. Great overall job on both ends!
The Cochinxa/Chicken Croquettes we're delightfully crispy on the outside and had a delicious slightly garlicky and moist chicken filling inside. The paired mayo based sauce on the plate tied everything together deliciously as well.
The risotto balls were equally as crispy as the Croquettes and the cheesey filling gave the perfect cheese pull. Paired the with the marinara and shredded Parm on the plate it was also a winner in our book.
The Pecan Salmon was cooked to perfection, very soft and easy to tear. The Pecan crust was delicious, crunchy and slightly sweet. The mashed potatoes were smooth and creamy. My only downside would be the brussel sprouts and the reason is because the pepper that was used to flavor was a little too much.
The Tips Newman (kinda like a surf in turf) was delightful. The seafood was overall delicious; featured halibut in various sized chunks and scallops that were buttery soft. The shrimp was also great. No fishy taste whatsoever and boy did that part of that dish do well with each protein. The steak portion was also very tender and the vegetables were great in their own way. We opted for the rice pilaf instead of mashed potatoes and that also didn't disappoint.
Last but certainly not least the fried banana with ice cream and caramel.
I would 100% get this dessert again, it was DELICIOUS. Perfectly fried banana rolled in cinnamon sugar dust paired with cinnamon flavored ice cream and caramel drizzle over the whole dish. Nothing was too sweet in this dish I was very surprised. The ice cream was very smooth and cinnamony. The caramel was slightly salty which brought it all together.
We also did try some IPAs to see if we'd like it. (Turns out we both don't care much for beer) BUT out of the two we tried, the Irish red was definitely better than the Silly Goose.
Also got the Winter Mai Tai, it was delicious and they definitely don't skimp on the alcohol portion of the ingredients. It also tasted really nice with the Cinnamon Ice cream!
Our waitress was amazing as well, very nice and informative when we asked what the favorites we're. She even took the drink we didn't like off our tab. Very attentive and quick on her feet.
We loved everything here it was the best food we've had in a while. We're also gonna keep coming back for our...
Read moreHi All, Fantastic :) Our waiter Eric did not rush us to order or hurry us along after we were done eating. Very professional, courteous, friendly and all with a sense of humor. We ordered the French Onion soup w/the Beef Brisket grilled cheese. Absolutely delicious. Hats off to the Chef. If I may make a suggestion, order it with mashed potatoes and save some juice from the soup to pour over them for added flavor. You won't be disappointed. And if you can't finish it, take the leftover home. Makes a great lunch even the next day. We will be back again.
I want to let everybody know that my friend and I have went back to Peppercorns on April 18, 23 & once again five-star meal with five star service. Our waitress this time was Amanda and she was fantastic. Very friendly and sweet and made sure that we had everything we needed. She never made us feel rushed. My friend ordered the salmon puttanesca, which was a little too spicy for her so she ended up getting what I had, which was the chicken savio. And again hats off to the chef. It was the perfect combination. The chicken was tender & juicy and there was the perfect amount of marcella butter sauce to mix with the butternut risotto. Thank you for everything 😄 it truly is a...
Read moreWe had an app that was an amazing experience as far as a "cheese beer" dip goes, Double Down Cheese Dip, with a local brewery made (right next door) ale, with chips dusted with truffle & chubby pretzel sticks. We thought it was "off the chart" for flavor! One entree we had was Prosecco Seafood over linguine. The sauce was a Prosecco lobster cream sauce that was light and did not over power the dish, but that enhanced the other flavors of the ingredients of: fresh sea scallops, plump shrimp, shredded lobster meat, with fire roasted asparagus, shiitake mushrooms and onions. It was truly an explosion of "Mmmmm" in your mouth! The 2nd entree was off the specials menu and showcased fresh mussels, grilled shrimp, salmon, tuna & bay scallops, with red grape tomatoes, all swimming in a white wine lobster sauce, over a bed of zucchini linguine, not to be confused with the ribboned version, but an ingredient IN the pasta dough! The staff were very proficient, pleasant, and professional! Atmosphere very warm, pleasant & relaxing! Wait for food was minimal wait time! We WILL certainly be coming back for another visit! Enjoy yourself! Mangia! Mangia! You won't regret choosing...
