Andy's Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Worth Township

It's...Good. My husband RAVES about Andy's and it's his favorite ice cream/ custard ever. He gets a concrete with banana peanut butter and cookie dough. Loves it! Give is a 10/10. Me? I'm sorry! I'm not impressed! It's not my jam. It's very creamy, luscious and smooth. For sure. But there was no flavor. I got a chocolate waffle cone without extras. I wanted to taste this custard and not the candy to see if it lived up to the hype. The waffle cone is the saving grace. Buttery and crisp. Delightful! But the chocolate custard was drippy and soupy and nothing special. If there was more chocolate or dark chocolate or something else other than pale cocoa soup then I'd be more into it. But for the price you're not even close to impressing me. But that's OK. You've got my man on lock. Maybe I'll try again when the Peach...

Custard is usually good, and most staff is usually super duper friendly…it’s literally the same girl on Thursdays who has a problem every time. But the girl with the nose piercing with some tattoos literally has an attitude or something wrong with her every time. She rolls her eyes either in your face or while walking away…as if us customers are the ones scheduling her to work😭like if someone doesn’t want to add toppings to some custard and swirl it around then work somewhere else. I am just upset that I’m paying for a service/good and get low quality custard just because someone’s pissed that they have to work. As someone who also works in the fast food industry I get being upset but in front of the customer in the hamster glass box that they’re in is crazy😟 let me take her spot I can mix up some custard without complaining and...

Almost 4 bucks and it's barely 2 scoops. Seriously, I feel like the gentleman processing my order from the window didn't care that it wasn't even at least to to the top.

You have a walk up window and I can clearly see them not wanting to take my order even though there was no car in their drive thru when I went.

To add on to the experience, Why have a walk up window when you are going to clearly ignore me and make me wait awkwardly.

It's unfortunate that I received this kind of service and also Andy's used to be my favorite spot as a kid.

It's very sad to see this now years later.

I have e-mailed the suggested email. I don't want my money back. I just hope those kids have better professionalism for anyone ordering from this establishment...
