Burger King — Restaurant in Worth Township

Absolutely the worst. They were out of shakes. I guess that makes sense that that could happen sometimes. They were out of several kinds of soda. That ... is hard to understand. The soda syrup is good for quite a while. I don't understand how you run out of that. They put fries in the bag instead of onion rings. I didn't check, or I'd have noticed. I feel like that's a pretty clear distinction at a place that has those two options. You know, kind of a thing to be keeping aware of. They also made a whopper incorrectly. I ... don't even know how that happens. That's their "signature" thing. How do you make your main advertised burger ... wrong? And it took a fair bit longer than it would seem like it should have. So as a result, literally no part of the order is what it was supposed to be going in, either because they made it wrong, put the wrong item in the bag, or were just out of something they shouldn't have been out of. Oh, and all the items in the order were cold. Everything. So it didn't take a long time because they were cooking the food. Other reviews make it seem like this is the normal operating behavior for this store. I think they stay in business when people who don't normally eat around there go to or from the hospital, rather than from returning customers, because ... why would...

Whatever employees that were working 7/5/22 at 10PM need to be fired. To be honest they could use a whole new management team. Let's star with what just happened to me. I ordered multiple items 2 of the being the southwest Bacon Cheese burgers. Bother came with NO bacon. You really don't deserve a job if you can't put bacon on a bacon cheeseburger. Now this wouldn't have been as bad as it is if it were corrected. I went back I don't live far and was back before around 10:25 and they were hiding somewhere and refused to answer the microphone or window. I was there for almost 20 minutes knocking at the window and they refused to answer. As far as the management they are ALWAYS out of multiple items. They never have the spicy chicking. This last time no jalapeno cheddar bites or mozzarella sticks either.

Edit: a year later and i made the mistake of trying this location again. Im mot sure if the cook is illiterate or just stupid, but that last time i came i ordered and paid extra for bacon. The again didn't add it when i came back the idiot in the back was yelling that i didn't order it that way, the recipe says otherwise. DO NOT COME HERE! I hadn't been to a Burger King in years! I had a Whopper with cheese value meal. The food is just not as good as I remember. Not sure if this was an isolated incident or if it's all restaurants across the board. The meat tasted microwaved. It didn't taste flame broiled. I saw lines, but the flavor was not there. Which is scary. Good thing is the veggies were fresh. The fries were absolutely horrible. No salt. Completely flavorless. Not even ketchup could cover up the nastiness. They were also kind of cold. Not hot. So, I feel they were sitting there for a while. The staff working was very nice. They were friendly and courteous. The restaurant was pretty clean. I did not use the restroom, so no comment on that. They decorated for Halloween, so it was a good kind of creepy atmosphere. The pop machine was one of those jukebox drink machines, but the selection was pretty limited. Maybe that was because it was close to closing time. I don't feel there should be an excuse for the food. No matter what time you close, if you are open, your customers deserve fresh hot food everytime. Needless to say I was pretty disappointed. Probably will spend another 10-12 years before I give Burger King...
