I recently returned to Mattress Firm five years after my original review. Absolutely nothing was wrong with the original mattress I purchased five years ago. It just happens that I needed a much firmer mattress after some medical changes have occurred within the past couple of years. Because I had such a positive experience the last time I shopped here, I decided to return to make a new purchase. This time, I had the pleasure of working with Thomas. Thomas was amazing. About a year ago i bought my second BED from the BEDDING Experts the first bed was a Queen Pillow Top back in 2005 fantastic bed so last year I went back to purchase a twin and the one the manager told me was one of the best they sell well after several months the mattress went crazy and it had no support left in it anymore.So today I went back to your store to see what the guy sold me what he would do for me the salesman told me that the guy I bought the bed from no longer worked at the store anymore. I told him what the old salesman told me and that it was one of the best they SOLD and the one I bought was one of the Cheapest they sold I was really Upset and was ready to walk out but we talked a few minutes and i told him how bad my back was and all the operations I had.Then he said please check this mattress out so I did and it was Great and he showed me the one that was PERFECT AND I WAS VERY HAPPY and bought it and can't wait till friday to get it. Hi my wife and I were looking to purchase an adjustable bed. We went to the mattress firm on 95th and Cicero avenue. I have several medical conditions that needed attention. The sales person Adriane was as very attentive to our needs and tried to put us in the right bed for us. Adriane was very knowledgeable about the products we were looking at.
