Where to begin? My wife placed an order for dinner on 7/28/24. The store marked it completed and delivered. Got the notification from Uber eats about it. Food was not at our door. As soon as my wife was going to call, the driver that was sent to our house called and said that the dispatcher didn't give him the food. That he had to go pick it up at the store again. My wife called Uber eats, and they said they couldn't do anything about it since the driver is a Domino's pizza employee. That she had to talk to the store. She did, and the gentleman said he had spoken to his driver, and they would be remaking the order and should be ready in 15-20 minutes. 30 min went by, and we didn't hear anything back nor the food was delivered. The same gentleman answered the phone. He apologized that the food wasn't there but that they realized when remaking the food that they ran out of one ingredient/topping for one of the pizzas. He had to send his driver to the store to buy more so they could fulfill the order. At this time, the food would be another 20-30 minutes for it to be ready, he claimed(which is completely unacceptable). He offered a pop or dessert as an apology/ makeup item instead of refunding the order. At this point, it was 1.5 hours after the original order was placed, no food yet. I then called (not so proud of the words that came out of my mouth) and spoke to a gentleman named Alex, who claimed to be the General Manager. Yet he refused to give me his last name when I asked for it. Alex seemed like he was in fear of something? After I hung up and tried to make different arrangements for dinner for my kids. Alex called back and said that the order was on its way to be delivered and that he was also going to issue a refund. At this time, it was 2+ hours after the original order was made. He tried to provide his last name and the number to his corporate team. 2 hours waiting for food, not even good food was delivered. Undercooked pizza with an ok brownie. Alex thought this was going to make up the worst experience we have had with any Uber eats delivery and / or restaurant. We're not going back to Domino's after this. Poor customer service, lackadaisical management, and lying to a mother that was just trying to feed her kids dinner. All of this could have been avoided if the gentleman who calls himself the general manager would have managed this situation properly and sensitively.
All of this information is meant for the people in charge of this franchise to see and understand that the community does not want to be lied to or taken advantage of. Read moreOrdered pizzas tonight and had the order delivered since we were relaxing and didn't feel like going out. My pizza had chicken on it which wouldn't be a big deal aside from the fact that I'm a vegetarian. I called to politely let the store know, expecting that they'd right their wrong and deliver the correct pizza. Instead, they said I'd have to bring the pizza to their store, and then they'd make a new one (which completely defeats the purpose of ordering delivery since I didn't want to go out in the first place). I wasn't going to do that because it wasn't my fault they messed up. So their solution was a $5 credit for next time, which isn't even enough to cover the cost of a pizza. I ended up having to pick off the chicken, which again isn't a big deal, but if I didn't, I wouldn't have had anything to eat for dinner. Never had an issue with this location before (aside from regularly forgetting garlic sauce, which also happened tonight) but I'm dumbfounded that they couldn't just re-make the pizza and deliver it since it was THEIR mistake and we paid for delivery. Super disappointed in the non-chalant attitude that I received. Read moreAlright, I would rate this 4 or maybe even 5 stars, but today was actually garbage on their part. So at about 5:00 i ordered a pizza, note that this is valentines day so i was expecting dilivery to be a hefty wait, but this was insane, so my mom and i had to call multiple times to figure out where the hell our pizza was, so apparently they had a metric ton orders today, understandable. but this was already 2 hours, about 30 mins later we called again, they said they only had, get this ONE driver. So on valentines day, one driver. This is crazy but alas we waited. and waited, about 3 hours in we called and they said they had stopped dilivering, without any notice our order was just not there, so my mom argued and demanded a refund, which she got. After that whole hellshow they would send the single driver which was probally already stressed (dude was really nice and i felt so bad for him for doing this probally all night with no help(and i forgot to tip him on the website and had no extra change so oops)) after 4 HOURS AND 40 MINS WE FINNALLY GOT ARE DAMNED PIZZAS, horrible service and the worst ive seen in my life to be honest, they need...
