I must first apologize. I should have shared my views a while back. My experience was HORRIFIC. Just plan HORRIBLE!!! I placed an order joked & laughed with the cashier about the rising prices of menu items and returned to my car to wait. As I waited, I noticed lots of trash near the entrance. When I returned inside, I mentioned it to the cashier, and she suggested I let the owner know. OMG, when I did this guy( 5"1 grey hair glasses)instantly became enraged, he started yelling (spitting while yelling)(you people!!!! always got something to say !!! (Idk what he meant you ppl, I am a 5" very fair skined african american female)(while walking from behind the counter, pointing and making contact with my shoulder, while stating" Leave Now, Get out !!! I calmly asked him not to touch me (I tried to inform him that I wasn't a regular citizen, due to my occupation💙) and that I would like a refund he refused and continued yelling, I didn't want to blow up the situation more and didn't want trouble (which i could have called police, which he stated he didn't care) after a minute of seeing this can only get worst, I kindly gave the food to another customer and took it as a lost. Please know I would visit this place in the past with my son's as they grew up. Now, I encourage them to never return and never ever patronize a business like this!!! This guy disrespected me, the other customers(2) & the workers that we were inside. Everyone saw everything and never reacted!!! It's sad to see what America has become & what we allow! No more passes for business like this for me. That's why I'm writing a review and reporting to BBB. I have a stressful job 💙(I love), but I treat everyone fairly and with respect no matter what!!! He should sell the business if he doesn't know how to treat customers or know how to engage in customer...
Read moreI love to give local businesses our money and support them. We will not be back and it's based on 3 different experiences here, unfortunately same outcome to each. I like to place my order ahead of time, this location doesn't offer online rodding so you have to call. Not a problem I call, order and was told my order will be ready in 10 min. Waited about and went 20 minutes instead to find my order still not ready, 6 people waiting as well. One guy walked in and ordered and left with his food before I did and I had a lot smaller order. I had to ask for my food, this was 25 minutes after the time I was told it would be ready, no apology for the wait. I don't even care a lot waiting however the entire point of ordering ahead is to not wait.. tell me ita gonna be 45 minutes then and I'll be there. Then, shame on me for not checking, I got home to find my PREGNANT wife's food has chz when we asked for no chz, they even confirmed 3x.... still no apology or customer service.

Read moreI've been here 2 or 3 times for gyros. This last time I came for the bogo deal then noticed a sign that said buy 3 gyros, get 7 so I did. Asked for extra sauce on 3 (didn't really see it on them). First I was shocked that 3 gyros cost $22. I regretted not sticking to my first idea because I didn't intend to spend so much but I figured it wouldn't cost that much for 2 extra gyros but boy was I wrong. 1 gyro cost $6.42 with fries and a soda so why am I paying that same price for 3 if I'm not getting fries or sodas? I just thought maybe they'll be cheaper per gyro without the meal special and the explanation I got still didn't make sense but ok whatever I figured that's still a good deal right? Well they skimp you on meat so my 7 actually could've been 3 anyway compared to most places I buy gyros from and can hardly pick it up to bite bc of so much meat. But I guess they're smart about it.
