Dunkin' — Restaurant in Worth Township

Rude service. I got wrong drinks at the drive thru and no apology, just attitude from the young "white" girl at the window, as if its my fault they made the wrong drinks🤡. She grimaced, and definitely looked pissed when I politely told her that what she handed me wasn't what I ordered..especially given the price difference!

Professional businesses would give the wrong drinks to the customer anyway, but the employee didn't even suggest it, they will be thrown away anyhow so why not just let me keep them?

The upside is the other employee (an Indian gentleman) remade the drinks really quickly, but its disappointing to see customer service go downhill. She had him finish up with me because she was clearly not having any of it. I work in customer service & hello, thank you & I apologize are common phrases we are taught..its not even business but basic human courtesy. Jesus..half of the world's Dunkins are...

I'm an avid Starbucks drinker, but one day I wasn't in the mood to drive to a Starbucks and somehow convinced myself to go to Dunkin instead. I drove up asked the guy that I wanted strong coffee with a touch of sweetness in it and almost instantly he goes do you like almond milk and I go sure and then he says try and ice caramel latte with almond milk and I'm like ok but if I don't like it I'm coming back around.
