Read moreI have been coming to this place for the past 3 years and I have always had great service, drive-thru or dine-in. Nice people, and they always went above and beyond. Mornings, afternoons, or evenings. Today was much different, as I went through the drive-thru. Pulled up to the window, and he (assuming it is a man) asked for my order. I asked for "2 Classic Donuts." He said okay, and then I asked if they had chocolate with sprinkles, since when I have been ordering those classic donuts, you got to choose a flavor. He asked if I meant old-fashioned, and I said, "No I am talking about the classic donuts that are $1.25" This person responded by saying "They are actually $1.38." (...........) Said that I wanted 2 classic donuts, he responded with "Anything else?" (........no.) Pulled up to the drive-thru window expecting 2 chocolate sprinkle donuts, like I had asked for, and received 2 old-fashioned donuts. Unbelievable, how you could screw up an order like that. How do you get old-fashioned from chocolate with sprinkles?
Now if you say, why didn't you just go back or tell them you wanted this instead? My answer, I was going to be the better person, and wrote the review you are reading. Honestly, that's bad. Gave the donuts to my parents instead, maybe they'll enjoy it. So, I might just head to another Dunkin Donuts since this staff (IN A WEEK) somehow forgot how to listen.
The other reason why it isn't a 1 star, is because when I received my order at the window, they actually got me out of there in a timely fashion. Whoever the person was (a she, as I can recall) did great. But, seriously, messing up an order as simple as that,...
Read moreI go this Dunkin often. Their food and drinks are pretty good. Don't really have any complaints over that (except for the fact that I once found a hair in my hot coffee. Usually, the customer service is good as well. However, I do have two complaints.
One, my drinks are often made wrong. This happens more often than in any other Dunkin or fast food I go to. I order either a hot or iced caramel coffee with cream and sugar. I often find that they are either missing the caramel or the sugar.
The other complaint I have happened just today. They messed up my order. I ordered a large sweetened iced tea with lemonade add lemon and that's all. When I get to the window the cashier said, "$6.05." And I was extremely confused because my iced tea costs $1.65. When I told her this she said, "you had the two iced coffees, hash browns, and breakfast sandwich." Obviously, I said no and I told her that I just had an iced tea. The cashier proceeded to grab someone else who looked extremely angry at me when they were the ones who messed up my order. This other woman did not even say, "sorry" or anything. She didn't even want to hand us my iced tea. She looked extremely mad. Overall, I'm extremely dissappointed with my customer service...
