Currently the restaurant is drive thru only. Once you pull in there is no ordering screen with prices until you get to the actual paying/receiving window. Upon that point I asked for a menu and was told most of the prices had changed due to inflation and I was ok with that. My son ordered an 8-piece wing dinner, and I ordered the Daily Special 4 wings w/fries & drink. We were told they'd call us when the order was ready. My son and I went across the street to buy him a drink from McDonalds for .99. Afterwards we came back, and our food wasn't quite ready. But when it was, the young lady handed us our food but there was no drink. I asked her for my drink and then I was told it didn't come with the order. I then said you never told me that and she said I told you the prices had increased, and I said yes you did. She closed the window and talked to someone within the restaurant. Then she came back to the window and looked at me like that was it and I said no, I want my drink. Then she said what do you want me to do about it? I said get a manager. I then saw her speaking to someone who came from the back in RAGE. He told me look she already told you the situation. But as shared with him, she never told me the drink no longer came with the order. The manager then started to attack my fascial impression talking about how I looked and why I was so angry. Then I said had she told me the drink didn't come with the order it would have been different. I then said why not update your menu prior to prices going up and it would avoid situations like this. He asked me to give him my menu and then he scratched out with a pin what it said. Then he said I was being petty over a drink and aggressively told her to give it to me as he then was verbally attacking me because of my request. The manager was the one being petty and ghetto! Once the young lady told him about the problem he should have said go ahead and give it to the customer. But NO, he comes to the window in a rushed RUDE manner showing NO signs of professionalism. Once I shared with him that I was going to post a review on this service then he started swearing at me in front of my son. The food is normally undercooked even with asking for well done/hard or the food is old and not good. After reading several reviews, I saw other people had the same problem with food being undercooked or old, Now to get to my issue yesterday, I drove all the way to the location to order food at like 10:40PM, keep in mind they are listed to close at 2:00AM and I go through the drive through for the young lady to tell me, we took our last order. Since the dining area isn’t open they recommend you CALL BEFORE COMING. If you can’t call or decide to just go the person that works the window takes your order and your phone number ask that you pull into a nearby parking lot and she’ll call you when your order is up. Which I think is pretty neat. But this harolds food reminds me so much of my childhood. The freshness of the chicken. The sauce. They give you enough sauce too.
