Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Worth Township

I went to get a sandwich tonight and Faith asked me if I wanted it “mikes way”. I told her no and that I’m going to modify it. She asked me what I wanted on my sandwich and I told her I’d tell her the ingredients once my sandwich was in front of her. With attitude, she insisted I listed out the ingredients because she was “ready”. I started to list them and she picked up someone else’s sandwich and stared to add my ingredients to it. I told her that was not my sandwich, hence why I wanted to wait to list them. She looked at her coworker and they both started laughing. Every single time I’ve gone to this location, Faith has had the worst attitude I’ve ever come across. This is the 6th or 7th time she’s been extremely rude to me and tonight was the worst. I called to speak to a manager after I left and the manager said she witnessed the interaction and apologized for her behavior. If I ever go back to this location, Faith will not be making my sandwich. She should not be customer facing if she’s going to be extremely rude and laugh in customers faces...

Just left this location and I am beyond pleased with the service I had! Two of the employees working were especially nice and went out of their way to handle my religious requirement of avoiding pork. I had asked them to wipe down the machine as there were other meat remnants on it and they agreed politely with a smile. Then towards the end of the sandwich making, one had asked the other to assist with adding mayo to my sandwich and she said she would've but would be touching pork and didn't want to cross contaminate. Once I heard that, I'll never go to a different jersey mikes! They actually cared for me as a customer. They also made my sandwich perfectly. I wish I got their names. The gentleman had a significant tattoo on his neck and the girl had short hair. Great location and I can't thank them enough for being so polite and friendly....

Yesterday was the worst service I have ever had at a Jersey Mike's. I love the company and the food quality. But this franchise was the worst for a couple of reasons. 1 employees poorly trained taking orders: I asked for 3 sandwiches, 2 of them 43#s with add v-oil, lettes, tomatoes and pickle. So, this is what I got 2 sandwiches with chicken Phillys that's it. The 3rd sandwich was correct.. I should have watched 👀 them make them but there was a lot of people setting and talking so I stayed out of the way. Once I got home is when I saw the problems. To late then... Remember when you are paying $50 for 3 sandwiches 🥪 ot puts a bad taste in your mouth when it's a simple order... Do it right the first time... I will go to the store in Orland Park location next time, my bad will not...
