Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Worth Township

My sandwiches we're fine but the black girl named Cianna was very rude to me and pissed me off big time. I placed an order for 3 sandwiches and after she said the total I tried to hand her a 100$ bill and she said we dont accept bills over 50$. I started looking around and said you guys should really have a sign because it's still currency, it should be accepted. then she rudely replied " it's common sense and rolled her eyes at me" I had to try to keep my composure but she irritated the hell out of me right then. I said no what's common sense is if this place is open for business and you accept cash, it's common sense to have enough change for your customers. The white lady walked over and asked what's going on and when I explained she looked embarrassed and I don't blame her. I honestly feel bad for that lady because she's stuck at this terrible location that had terrible reviews. I still told them have a blessed day but I wont be coming back to that location.

Initial delivery took 30 minutes and I live right behind LA FITNESS. The guy that delivered my food was a Hispanic male around 18 or 19 he was EXTREMELY rude, but despite that I still tipped him 4 bucks for my 10$ order, anyway went to eat only to find out they also forgot my chips so I called Jj's to let them know and the lady who answered the phone said when the driver came back, they would have him bring me the chips . I said ok then proceeded to wait.... for another hour, finally the chips came and it was the same young man who dropped off my order earlier. I'm almost 100% positive the young man crushed the chips up out of anger bc when I opened the chips they were about 95% crumbs because they were so smashed up. not joking at all. The driver was also even more rude the second time I was gunna throw him another couple bucks for the trouble of bringing the chips by. But he basically threw the chips at me and turned around and started walking away so I just said thank you so much I appreciate it and he didn't even look back or respond. Very...

Went to pick up lunch for my husband, he works outdoors and wanted something fresh. I had my 3 yr old with me , i searched up to make sure they had a drive thru. I get there at 11 am and no one is responding in the intercom so i go inside and i ask if the drive thru is open. The African American woman says yes but proceeds to say that no one is wearing their headsets. I said i will be going back in to the drive thru. Once i go back to the drive thru she takes my order. Once my order is done she throws it at her drive thru window. I took that personal. The cashier was caucasian and i asked her for her store location number. I also let them know i had my toddler with me thats why i went through the drive thru (it’s also 90 degrees btw). She said they were under staffed.
