We had an awful experience with this Lou’s location yesterday. They promised us at least twice that our food could get picked up at a specific time after we emphasized that this was crucial for our family’s lunch plans to work.
Well, without any exaggeration at all, our food wasn’t ready until 40 minutes after they promised it would be. When we expressed our frustration with all of this, they simply ignored our concerns. Not only did they never offer to “make things right” in some way, but they refused to even apologize at all. “We were short-staffed” is literally all we got. Simply pathetic!
I absolutely love Lou Malnati’s, but I can promise you that I’ll never order from this location again. It’s evident that it’s being run very poorly. Read moreTwo straight times ordering from here where they messed up our order. First time the delivery driver forgot the salad. Instead of going back to get it, they said we could either get cash back or we'd have to drive there and get it.
The second time we ordered boneless wings. They brought the order out and I knew right away they had bones. Called them out on it and the cashier said "yup they're boneless" while looking straight at the bone in wings. Took the meal back to the car, checked it, and they were bone in. They made good on the error but I watched the error unfold right in front of me.
