McDonald's — Restaurant in Worth Township

First off, this McDonald’s is always pretty busy I feel… I brought my 3 kids in today after school to grab a small lunch. The woman who took our orders name was (pronounced, apologies if spelled wrong) shabeebee. (At least I believe that’s what I heard) she was super polite and even with orders coming in like crazy, very calm and polite under the pressure. I have managed many years so to be able to handle angry customers that are just impatient, the register, and helping on the lines is great!! Anyway I’ve attached a picture of this woman because I’m not sure who she is, but to me only negative energy besides angry customers in the place. A gentlemen asked shabeebee for a refill on coffee, she asked him please take the lid off: whoever this woman in picture but clearly miserable at that moment because she said “shabeebee you don’t bring the cup over here you bring the whole pot up front!” And one of her other con workers said “it’s just like a restaurant” It was a degrading tone first and foremost and Shane ever was working just as hard as her. There wasn’t a single smile on this woman in the picture not once. Speak with your team with respect; that’s how you get hard workers!

I usually ask for 2 barbecues in the first window just in case they want to charge me for it, and I never get charged. But sometimes I forget to ask for them. Why is it that if you ask for the same 2 barbecues on the second window, they give you an attitude. I don't get it. I'm willing to pay for it. Today they had me waiting on the 3rd window for my food for almost 10 minutes just for a #2 meal. So the employee who gave me my food took it a little further and told me they were out of barbecue when I asked for 2. I was like, you really want to play this game? Ok. I want a refund. I gave him the food back and a few minutes later he came back with my food and one barbecue. I told him Oh! So now all of the sudden you found one? I said I want a full refund. (With an attitude this time since he wanted to go that route) He took the food back and a nice lady came to the window. I'm assuming she was the manager. She gave me my food with 2 barbecues and she apologize for the inconvenience. I said Thank you, how...

I’m a regular at this McDonald's in Alsip, IL, and I always keep coming back because of the amazing service and the excellent management. The food is fresh, and the staff is friendly, but the real standout here are the managers, Michelle and Pam. Both of them are incredible at what they do and really set the tone for the entire restaurant.

Michelle and Pam handle everything with such professionalism and dedication, and it’s clear they both genuinely care about providing an outstanding experience for customers. They’re always on top of things, making sure everything runs smoothly, and their leadership makes the whole place feel welcoming and efficient. You can tell they lead by example, and that positive energy carries through to the rest of the team.
