Dunkin' — Restaurant in Wyandotte

For just under 16 bucks for two coffees, I go to Dunkin’ Donuts all the time, this location uses a different lid and leaves the cup about 1 inch from the top from being full to put whipped cream in. So they actually charge you more to give you less coffee. There were two women working, the older one at the register seem like she absolutely hated her job and did not want to be there. Maybe you should find somewhere else to work. The location down in Southgate on Eureka is 100 times better than this and while they may have their issues occasionally too as everyone is human, I feel like the other locations staff is always usually very friendly and the only reason I came here this morning was because their power was out. on two separate visits i asked for regular coffee and i watched her pour me decaf. the first Time it happened I let it slide because I was with someone and didn’t want to make a thing of it. The second time it happened I asked her politely did you just pour me a decaf? I asked for regular please. And she got an attitude with me and with an unpleasant tone said well you will have to wait then. She was super rude and I said just forget it and walked out. 1 of 2 things is happening here. They are serving regular coffee to people asking for decaf, and that is why she poured me decaf, or she was ripping me off trying to make sure they didn’t waste the decaf when i asked for regular coffee. First of all, I go in and look in the glass cages at the donuts a gentleman came up to me and said may I help you and I was asking a few questions and some lady she Must be at least 80 years old with glasses and dark care came and interrupt why we were talking About the donuts and what kind they had she was so rude. I left it and went down to the other one. I will never go there again. People are gonna be rude. I keep them kind of people out of life and I bet that place gets better Business if they got rid of her and the only reason I put a star on is because I had to leave this comment.
