Why have a ordering app when you don't train your staff how to process the orders correctly. Every morning I spend 15 to 20 minutes wait for my turn at the drive thru window for my food. Usually the individual who normally operates the window processes mobile orders just fine. But any time there is another worker at the wiindow they usually mess it up. I had one order about a month ago that got charged twice and I had to have my bank investigate the charges because McDonalds cant do anything about it once it is charged, because it is mobile. I spend on the average around $100 a month on my breakfast but today was the last straw. You want to tell the card I always use in the app is declined when there is plenty of money in the account? NO your worker hit the wrong button and this is probably the 10th time in the last 6 months this has happened. It's always when there is someone new on the window and I have had enough. Train the people correctly or don't accept mobile orders.
AND THEN TO TOP IT ALL OFF, I LEFT WITHOUT GETTING THE FOOD AND THE ORDER PROCESSED THRU THE MOBILE APP ANYWAY. NOW I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL IT BECOMES A PERMANENT CHARGE INSTEAD OF PENDING ON MY BANK ACCOUNT TO GET MY MONEY BACK. TERRIBLE TRAINING AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER...

I took my time with the order which was just 4 hamburgers no pickles, a large fry, a Large coke, a 4 piece chicken nugget kids meal with apple slices and a sprite, and a cheeseburger happy meal with extra fries and a coke. I read the order slow enough for the order taker. I don't have the receipt on me right now, so I can't recall if the order taker had the right information. The woman at the first window did a great job. She was fast, and friendly. We went to pick the food up, they weren't really friendly but we're just focused on getting the food out. When we got home, all of the food was correctly made with the exception of my son's cheeseburger in his happy meal. The cheeseburger had pickles on it.
The day before, we had a large order. Everything was good and correct except they had forgot my daughter's medium caramel frappe. We had to wait at the window for them to prepare someone else's full order before they noticed I was still at the window. I honked the horn and waved multiple times and had cars honking at me. Then there's a lady that works there her name is Jen she is the most friendly person I've ever met at a fast food place she's kind she's carrying she always has a smile on her face and she always has something nice to say. There's also a guy named Chris that works there through the drive-thru I love him he is the sweetest guy kind giving doing his job a hundred percent every single day when I say every single day I'm there almost every single day picking up coffee or something for someone.
