Iām really struggling writing this review. Today there was a little girl about 6/7 who pushed my 2 year old son three different times down to the ground. The first time I figured it was an accident, the second I still didnāt say anything to the other mom but let my kids know to tell her to stop and checked out the room (my daughter 5 told her several times not to push). No more than 10 minutes later this little girl got into a full blown FIGHT with another kid, since I was the only one not on my phone and actually paying attention I told both sets of parents right away. About 10 minutes later the same two kids started throwing hands at each other AGAIN. Once again, I turned to each parents (the girls and then the boys) to let them know their kids were in a fight again. The mother of the girl started yelling and getting aggressive at ME?! The one who was paying attention and trying to keep the kids from getting hurt. This situation was definitely loud enough for employees to hear⦠so Iām disappointed that nobody came around to even check on anything or even ask the little girl and her mom to leave. Especially since kids were coming out of there bawling and saying they got hit. Cherry on top, when the little girl went to get her shoes I watched her push my kid down again. I didnāt say anything to the mom at that point because if I did it wouldnāt be kind and knew there would be a bigger problem. Then the little boy who was fighting the girl slapped my daughter and another little girl in the face.
Obviously itās not all Chic Fil Aās fault and parents should monitor their kids. But the lack of attention and awareness of the employees and manager that was on the floor is frustrating when there are physical altercations happening. These people should be kicked out.

I donāt want to have to confront aggressive/careless parents. I donāt want to be in a place where staff isnāt aware of their surroundings. And I certainly donāt want my kids to ever feel unsafe. We...

Update 6/18/2021: went back today and the drive through was surprisingly empty for 6ish pm on a Friday, score for me (I thought). So we order our food employee seemed irritated probably because chick-fil-a had them standing outside taking orders in 90 degree heat. We ordered two #1's an 8pc nuggets meal and 2 packets of their avocado ranch dressing. When I got to the window they handed us our food. I asked if the avocado ranch was in the bag and was assured it was. I checked for the avocado ranch because I had paid extra for it, and it's the worst when you get all the way home and something is missing. I couldn't see it so I told them I don't think it's in there, again they told me it was in there (this employee also seemed annoyed) . My kids wanted some other sauces for their food so I asked for those but before I finished talking they walked away. I continued to check for the avocado ranch took everything out of the bag no avocado ranch. They came back with the other sauces and I let them know the ranch isn't in there, she tells me again it is, so I showed her the bag and everything I had taken out lol. We finally get our avocado ranch and head on our way home. As we start eating out food I get a weird bite of chicken in my sandwich it wasn't cooked all the way super gross, my daughter said her sandwich tasted weird too ( I feel sick ). Starting off in the Drive thru line the young lady that took my order was distracted and having a convo with another team member at the same time on the walki . So I place my order and I say I want to scan just for points and Iāll pay with cash. She acknowledges my request and says that will be fine and scan my code. I get up to the pick up window ready to pay, and that team member proceeded to tell me that itās been paid through the app. So I say well Iām not sure why when I asked and confirmed to pay cash when u placed the order. Long story short the second manager I speak with gives me be our guest cards. However that limits me to only that location AND limits to what I can order. What I originally ordered is not an option. So not only am I limited to the location but now with these cards what I can order. However with my app payment I can use at ANY LOCATION!!! Then I get my food and cards, check my food notice that Iām missing an order of fries so I ask for the missing fries and the tell me they donāt have anymoreā¦.
