I ordered a 3 piece chicken tender meal with potatoes and gravy and coleslaw. Second order was a 2 piece white meat meal with corn and potatoes and gravy. Didn't get the corn and the chicken tenders were very small, cold and dry. The tenders were not crispy and fresh . The worst tender ever!! They looked and tasted like they came out of a frozen box of breaded chicken tenders . The quality of tenders there is unacceptable. Golden Chicken has the best fresh hand made battered tenders. Very crunchy, juicy and fresh made. Golden Chicken also has a variety of sides which Kentucky fried Chicken is very limited on sides. I just thought I would try Kentucky fried Chicken again to see if it has changed. I WAS WRONG!!! How can the tenders be so bad. I guess they don't know what good tender are. My girl loves KFC! I stop eating chicken about three months ago. And I decided to take a piece as we were shredding, the meat off the bones and the fat to mix into our dog food. He didn’t do anything for me as it has done in the past. You can’t even smell it outside the building. I also gave them one star because they know she comes about 3/4 times a week. And there’s always an issue. A couple of times she got old chicken. Didn’t know about it until she took it home so our dogs had it a treat. Other times she’s missed out on an item that she ordered or they managed to try to put gravy on her mashed potatoes. If it’s not her food is the workers that act like they can’t understand her. And then a customer takes up for her. I wish she would stop going to Kentucky fried chicken altogether. Because my little sweet sweet is now called...

Jan 2020: We dined in and the service was great and speedy. I placed my order and sat down. My son, who was already eating because he got there 10 minutes before me remarked that it will be less than a minute that I'll receive my order. I brushed it off but to my pleasant surprise, the guy called my number! And the food tasted great as usual.

We walked in and made an $86 order and still walked out in less than 10 minutes. That's the kind of service I want from a fast food. The lady that served us was patient through our 4 order changes and helped work through everything we wanted. It was a great experience. I've gone here only twice and liked both times I've been.
