Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Wylie

Can we give 10⭐️? Not your standard cup of Joe but it is much better. I’m a Picture Perfect Freeze addict, but there are so many other great drinks to choose from. Frozen. Hot. Iced. Energy Drink infused. We were long time customers of another house but when Wylie opened in June (2022), well it’s been daily, sometimes twice daily, stops at DB’s for my wife and I - it’s also fun collecting Points (14,613) and Stickers!

And the Broista’s? All of you, and you know who you are (respectfully I won’t name names), thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Always smiling. Laughing. Polite. Courteous. They greet us by our names! It’s like Cheer’s, for those old enough to remember the show, where everybody knows your name, but far better! #BroistaWylie

This location does have a walkup window, for those that don’t want to sit in line, or just like that option.

The drive thru is not bad at all. Maximum time has been about 20 minutes, and that was both lanes completely full. We’ve been there at all times and seen the lanes in various stages. You should expect crowds when 544 is crowded - ie during the morning when everyone is headed west to work. Lunch time. Late afternoon. But it’s going to be crowded because of the great people and superior product. *And for those who can’t read signs, please pull in to the shortest line is one of them. If you pull in to the left lane, and it’s backed up and then people go all the way up in the right lane, don’t get mad because they read the signage and followed directions.

I don't know about the other locations but it's more than just a business at this location. It's a community with personality. A very sharp and caring crew. Since I have moved to this location, it was the closest coffee shop to my house. No big deal. Just a quick in and out to start everyday.That was convenient. Over this past six months, what I have witnessed, is amazing. When I tip, it's usually a dollar bill on a small coffee freeze because I don't always have change everyday, but regardless, if I tipped or not they were always super sweet. Then, before I knew it, I never had to say my order, because they remembered me and that felt awesome. And today...a bad day at that, out of the blue they reached out in a big way. I just want to say Thank you. A little connection goes so far in a world full of chaos. Thanks for sharing all of your talents and hard work, and even through the holidays when I showed up & you were open and working hard. It's a labor of love. You have made an amazing impact in my world over this...

If you’re looking to have heart palpitations and a caffeine high from all the caffeine that’s running through your veins, Dutch Bros is the way to go! The staff are awesome and very welcoming. Great customer service, great coffee (haven’t tried their sodas or teas just yet), bigger coffee sizes, and more affordable coffee than Starbucks in my opinion, the iced coffees aren’t as sweet as what you’d get from the competition (which is great for me), but you can always order your coffee with more sweetness. If you’re looking for sweeter coffee options, I’d recommend the Dutch Freezes. Also, they also have the oat milk alternative for all my lactose-intolerant people out there! Give Dutch Bros a try, I think it’s definitely better than the competition.
