**UPFATE: I wish there was a way to reply to your crappy canned response. You clearly don't care about your customers enough to even put a real response. Look back through the low scores and you'll see the same reply:

"We strive to serve our guests with the best dining experience out there, and it's disappointing to hear we missed the mark. We hope to have you back for a significantly better experience at MOOYAH Burgers, Fries & Shakes."

What does that really do? Nothing! Things will remain the same and I, for one, won't go back until things change around there. I will be sure and let everyone I meet know what kind of restaurant you run there, and that you care just as little about your customers as the manager on duty that night.

We have had bad experience with this location before but it'd been a while so we decided to give it a try again. When I got home with my order, the fries were both cold and burned to a crisp. Cold I almost can understand, but burned black? How can they put this in a bag, just re-make them. I tried calling several times and it just goes to voicemail (like always -- I've never been able to reach anyone there by phone) so I decided to drive all the way back up there. When speaking to the manager, he was unsympathetic, but said yeah, I'll remake them. I explained my burger would now be cold when I got home and he looked in my bag and did not see it (I didn't think about returning my burger too). He said well, I'll make the fries. I had to drive to this location twice tonight for a $7 order of french fries only to return home to a cold burger. He did not seem to care at all. When a customer has to come back for something that never should've happened in the first place, you should try to make it up (or at least act like you care at all, which he didn't). And to top it off, when leaving he smugly says "have a nice night, bro". ...

I left a review on here a month or 2 ago and it is missing from Google review so I am leaving it again. This location is garbage, I ordered 50 dollars in food which by the way is overpriced, usually great at EVERY other location I've ever been to but this location is terrible, the management is terrible, the employees don't care about you, your order, getting your food right, or putting the items you paid 2.00 extra for on your f food, ordered 4 custom turkey burgers ,1 no veggies ,added bacon and mayo and ketchup, another that was normal with bacon, another that was no tomatoes Everything else normal, and 3 of my burgers were missing the bacon I paid 7 dollars for, and i received no lettuce or anything on all of them, had to check before i left and realized they were all missing lettuce and tomatoes and onions, had to get it separately which is annoying, then i get home and realized there was no bacon on any of the burgers i ordered. This is downright incompetence. They also do not answer the phone here and after leaving a albeit HEATED voicemail, i never received a phone call back, I would give them 0 stars if I could and bulldoze this location, and make sure the managers and employees can do something they would be good at like...

The other day I order a meal from you and loved it: except for the pickles...the pickle were to cucumbery.... but I ablsolutely loved your potatoes. so much so I decided to give your hamburger(without pickle) another tried; It worked but now the problem is with your potatoes. The burger was great... But The Potatos smelt moldy; I can smell the mold; i dont if other people just cant smell it... Its not your fault...Mold has been showing up in all type of food stuff lately. No my nose not perfect on the smell and some...i not sure if I am tricked and smell it when its the natural smell of the product...usually when I have a cold.. but I am having no such problem today... your fries were moldy smelling today to me...But I always try the food because like i said rarely my nose is off on mold. but not this time.. Mold give the food a off taste that is difficult to explain. however today it both smelled moldy and tasted Off. However, Loved you burger. As I said so many food stuff is slightly moldy these days... But I couldnt the fries...which I loved the other day..when they were not...
