Recently came here with my wife and we were disappointed with the service. Business was slow, yet we had to wait at least 10-15 minutes to get assistance after using the ringer because the guy working was mingling with the other guests for a while. I had asked for waters in a cup with our hookah, and I clarified specifically that I didnt want bottled water and after he said he would bring us our water in cups, he comes back (after having to ask a second time) with bottled water. I told them when I payed up front about the issue they said they usually only provide bottled water and charged me anyway. Service has been sadly poor recently and it used to be great. I hate to see it. Another update: the staff here will bring us a hookah with no coals and make us wait for 15 minutes before even giving us the bare minimum to smoke; they are not attentive at all even when it's super slow. They charge 9 bucks for a small liquidy milkshake, and 20 bucks for a small pizza, also they charge 10 bucks for byob PER PERSON if you bring your own WATER. I am done with this place and I can't recommend...

Very chill, clean, and comfy hookah lounge. The music is never too loud and they typically play middle eastern music. I love the atmosphere there. It's very laid back and the staff really want you to enjoy yourselves. The food is surprisingly good for a place that's primarily a hookah lounge and a restaurant second. My group ordered a smoothie that came out a bit icy/chunky and the staff noticed we weren't entirely happy with it. I told them they can just reblend the same smoothie but they told us to keep it and they quickly made a new one that came out perfect.

The parking is a bit odd. It's better to park in the right side parking lot as there isn't much parking on the other side or the front. It's a small walk from the side parking lot but there weren't lights out there.
