I am trying to make a conscious effort to take the time to recognize businesses that have integrity, professionalism, and to provide quality products and/or services. I initially came into contact with their Wylie location and purchased a mattress and box spring online from an unknown salesman, who is attentive, thorough, and who made the transaction process simple, stress-free, and amicable. After completing an intense and stressful work week, this experience with Mike truly was the highlight of my week. Mike truly has a solid, business acumen, in the sense that he understands how saturated the market is in one of the largest metroplexes in the United States and that his professionalism, attentiveness, follow-through, product knowledge, and efficiency are vital components to set his company apart from their competition and retail giants, such as Amazon, Facebook Marketplace, Offered up, and NFM! I literally was at a dead end in my furniture hunt, and I was extremely frustrated when I crossed paths with H & M Furniture. Mike, not only was able to navigate efficiently through their inventory, but I was able to make a virtual selection (over the phone) and purchase my selection within a 10 minute window. Whereas I had searched with their competition prior to calling him for over five hour period! Within a short window, I was able to remain in my cooly conditioned home, relaxed, and satisfied with my service! I was able to receive my purchase prior to nightfall. I did not have to endure Rush-hour traffic, the Texas heat, fight for a parking spot in a mega parking lot, the stress of entering their store with my children, and I did not have to patiently wait in a line or with any other parties other than Mike and their friendly delivery driver. Because of him I made a repeat purchase and I will continue to use him! As a diehard online shopper, I am glad that I worked directly with a smaller organization with solid ethics...

I can't recommend The Home Gallery enough! As a small, family-owned business, their customer service is top-notch and truly personal. My experience with them was fantastic, from start to finish. I can’t emphasize enough the quality care you receive from a family owned business! This one is respectable and the only spot I will shop for furniture! They carry it all and the prices are unbeatable! Mike helped me find exactly what I needed, and they were able to get it delivered the VERY SAME DAY! I had gone in at 10am they delivered at 2pm! Where else can you receive that kind of service? The delivery team was professional, quick, and very respectful of my home. Not only did they set up my furniture, but they also took the time to clean up all the packaging afterward, which was a huge help. The furniture itself looks even better in person than it did in the store. The quality is excellent, and it has completely exceeded my expectations.
